Abstract

Permasalahan dalam bidang pendidikan yang kerap terjadi salah satunya mengenai ketersediaan dan kebutuhan guru. Ketersediaan guru yang terus berkurang karena adanya pensiun dan hal lainnya menyebabkan meningkatnya kebutuhan guru. Permasalahan tersebut perlu ditangani dengan cara pemenuhan guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proyeksi jumlah siswa, proyeksi jumlah rombongan belajar, proyeksi jumlah kebutuhan guru kelas, dan proyeksi jumlah kebutuhan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Ciranjang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui berapa banyak kebutuhan guru bagi Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Ciranjang mengingat guru merupakan salah satu pelaku dalam pembangunan pendidikan yang perlu dipenuhi kebutuhannya agar tetap terjadi pelaksanaan pendidikan. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Cianjur tepatnya di Kecamatan Ciranjang. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan Guru Tidak Tetap (GTT). Adapun objek penelitian ini yaitu proyeksi kebutuhan guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri tahun 2022-2026 di Kecamatan Ciranjang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yakni studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan metode B. Milles dan Huberman serta penggalian data menggunakan proyeksi dengan metode Kohort siswa dan perhitungan berdasarkan Juknis Peraturan 5 Menteri Tahun 2011. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proyeksi jumlah siswa dan rombongan belajar tahun 2022-2026 mengalami kenaikan setiap tahunnya. Proyeksi jumlah kebutuhan guru kelas, guru PAI, dan guru PJOK juga mengalami kenaikan karena jumlah rombel yang naik. One of the problems in the field of education that often occurs is regarding the availability and needs of teachers. The availability of teachers continues to decrease due to retirement and other things, causing the need for teachers to increase. These problems need to be addressed by means of teacher fulfillment. The purpose of this study was to determine the projected number of students, the projected number of study groups, the projected number of class teacher needs, and the projected number of needs for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and Sports and Health Physical Education (PJOK) teachers at State Elementary Schools in Ciranjang District. This research was conducted to find out how many teachers are needed for Public Elementary Schools in Ciranjang District considering that teachers are one of the actors in education development whose needs need to be met so that the implementation of education continues. The location of this research is in one of the sub-districts in Cianjur Regency, precisely in Ciranjang District. The subjects of this study were classroom teachers, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and Physical Education and Sports teachers with the status of Civil Servants (PNS) and Non-Permanent Teachers (GTT). The object of this research is the projection of the needs of State Elementary School teachers in 2022-2026 in Ciranjang District. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used primary and secondary data, namely the study of documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using the B. Milles and Huberman methods and data mining using projections using the Cohort Student and calculations based on Technical Guidelines for Regulation 5 of the Minister of 2011. The results of this study indicate that the projected number of students and study groups in 2022-2026 has increased every year. The projected number of needs for classroom teachers, PAI teachers, and PJOK teachers also increased due to the increasing number of groups.
