Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH PENGELOLAAN ARSIP DINAMIS TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS ARSIP DAN PERPUSTAKAAN KOTA BANDUNG Oleh : Fitri Nur Hanifah 1800672 Skripsi ini dibimbing oleh: Dr. Hj. Nani Imaniyati, M.Si. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji di dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Bandung yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel, yaitu Sistem Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis dan Kinerja Pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian in iadalah untuk mengetahui gambaran sistem pengelolaan arsip dinamis, tingkat kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh sistem pengelolaan arsip dinamis terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Terdapat beberapa populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 55 pegawai kearsipan di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Bandung. Pengolahan data yang diolah menghasilkan gambaran sistem pengelolaan arsip dinamis berada pada kriteria sangat baik/ sangat efektif dan gambaran tingkat kinerja pegawai berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi. Maka dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa sistem pengelolaan arsip dinamis memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kota Bandung. Nani Imaniyati, M.Si. This research was conducted at the Department of Archives and Libraries of Bandung. The problem studied in this study is the performance of employees at the Bandung City Archives and Library Service which has not been optimal. This research consists of two variables, namely Dynamic Records Management System and Employee Performance. The purpose of this research is to describe the dynamic records management system, the level of employee performance and to find out how much influence the dynamic records management system has on employee performance at the Bandung City Archives and Library Service. This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. There are several populations in this study, namely as many as 55 archiving employees at the Bandung City Archives and Library Office. Processing the processed data produces an overview of the dynamic records management system that is in very good/very effective criteria and an overview of the level of employee performance is at very high criteria. Thus, based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that the dynamic archive management system has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, at the Bandung City Archives and Library Service.
