Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh rumusan model konseling integratif acceptance, commitment and motivational interviewing (ACMI) yang empiris efektif untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas psikologis mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Partisipan penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya angkatan 2019 dengan populasi sebanyak 513 mahasiswa, adapun sampel penelitian untuk uji coba model sebanyak 32 mahasiswa (16 mahasiswa untuk kelompok perlakuan dan 16 mahasiswa untuk kelompok kontrol). Pengumpulan data dengan Inventori Fleksibilitas Psikologis Mahasiswa. Gambaran umum tingkat fleksibilitas psikologis mahasiswa berada pada kategori tinggi, tetapi masih terdapat mahasiswa yang berada pada kategori rendah dan sangat rendah. Adapun konstruk pengembangan model dilakukan dengan kajian teori, penilaian ahli, dan uji coba model. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik, uji wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil uji empiris konseling integratif ACMI terbukti efektif meningkatkan fleksibilitas psikologis mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa model konseling integratif ACMI dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif layanan bimbingan dan konseling agar mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas psikologis. ; This study aimed to obtain the formulation an integrative counseling model of Acceptance, Commitment and Motivational Interviewing (ACMI) that was empirically effective in increasing students' psychological flexibility. This study used Research and Development methods. Research participants were students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University batch 2019 with a population of 513 students, while the research sample for the model trial was 32 students (16 students for the treatment group and 16 students for the control group). Data collection was with Student Psychological Flexibility Inventory. The general description of the level of psychological flexibility of students was in high category, but there were still students who were in low and very low categories.The construct development model is carried out by means of theoretical studies, expert judgment, and model testing. Data analysis using statistical test, Wilcoxon test. Based on the empirical test results, ACMI integrative counseling was proven to be effective in increasing students' psychological flexibility. Research findings indicated that ACMI integrative counseling model could be used as an alternative to guidance and counseling services so that students can increase psychological flexibility.
