Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingginya keperluan tempat tinggal Saat ini menjadi masalah yang trending di zaman ini, dan Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu kota dengan kepadatan tinggi dan pertumbuhan penduduknya yang kian meningkat setiap tahunya dan menjadikan kebutuhan rumah tinggal menjadi tinggi dengan keterbatasan lahan yang tersedia, apartemen merupakan hunian vertikal yang dapat menanggulangi kebutuhan housing, namun hidup bersama didalam apartemen mengakibatkan berkurangnya interaksi sosial antar penghuni, pada dasarnya manusia adalah makhluk sosial pasti akan membutuhkan satu sama lain, fenomena ini menjadikan masyarakat yang tinggal didalam apartemen menjadi individualis, ini terjadi karena sedikitnya fasilitas untuk berinteraksi yang tersedia dan sifat apartemen yang terlalu berfokus pada privasi unit, agar terwujudnya interaksi sosial antar peghuni pada apartemen dibutuhkanya hasil perancangan yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan sosial penghuni adalah dengan menerapkan pendekatan perilaku pada desain dengan harapan dapat membuat atmosfir sosial antar pengguna apartemen melalui desain arsitektural. Kata kunci: Apartemen, interaksi sosial, penduduk ABSTRACT The high demand for housing is currently a trending problem in this era, and the city of Bandung is one of the cities with a high density and population growth that continues to increase every year and makes the need for residential homes becomes high with limited land available, apartments are vertikal residences that can be used for residential purposes. overcome housing needs, but living together in apartments results in reduced social interaction between residents, basically humans are social beings who will definitely need each other phenomenon, this makes people who live in apartments become individualists, this happens because of the few available facilities to interact and the nature of the apartment which is too focused on the privacy of the unit, so that social interaction between residents in the apartment is needed, the result of a design that can meet the needs of social residents is to apply a behavioral approach to the design with hope and what creates a social atmosphere among apartment users through architectural design.
