Abstract

Proses belajar tidak selalu sesuai dengan harapan yang diinginkan. Beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar sehingga siswa tersebut membutuhkan bantuan dari guru. Dengan adanya layanan responsif, guru memberikan bantuan dalam belajar untuk membantu anak. Menurut Farenza dan Dharmayana (2021, hlm. 28) layanan responsif yakni usaha yang diberikan mengenai masalah maupun kepedulian pribadi yang muncul saat itu juga berkenaan dengan masalah pribadi maupun sosial dan guru wajib membantu siswanya yang sedang menghadapi kesulitan terhadap belajar walaupun dengan merespon cepat tanggap. Usaha guru untuk memberikan bantuan dengan memfokuskan yang berkaitan dengan belajar pada siswa yang memerlukan pertolongan dengan segera. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni (1) mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan layanan responsif bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa, (2) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan layanan responsif bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar pada siswa. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini serta menggunakan metode studi kasus. Menurut Semiawan (2020, hlm. 65) bahwa studi kasus merupakan bagian dari metode kualitatif yang hendak mendalami suatu kasus tertentu secara lebih mendalam dengan melibatkan pengumpulan beraneka sumber informasi, dikarenakan adanya ciri khas kasus yang memiliki arti pada orang lain, minimal bagi peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, gejala perilaku siswa yang nampak pada sebelum dan sesudah layanan responsif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan proses pelaksanaan layanan responsif yang dilaksanakan oleh guru kelas IV kepada siswa DS, GAP, MRR, SN. Adapun faktor pendukungnya yaitu adanya dukungan dari kepala sekolah, dukungan dari guru-guru, partisipasi siswa, respon baik dari orang tua siswa ketika diwawancara, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yakni minimnya bahan ajar, guru tidak punya banyak waktu memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa. Saran dari peneliti ini yakni agar guru tetap fokus serta memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswanya sehingga mereka yang mengalami kesulitan terhadap belajar dapat tersolusikan. Some students who have learning difficulties need help from the teacher. With responsive services, teachers provide learning assistance to help children. According to Farenza and Dharmayana (2021, p. 28), responsive services are attempt given regarding personal problems that arise at that time with regard to personal or social problems, teachers are obliged to help students who are facing difficulties in learning even by responding quickly. The teacher's attempts to provide assistance by focusing on learning related to students who need help immediately. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the process of implementing responsive services at GC in overcoming student learning difficulties, (2) to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing responsive services at GC in overcoming student learning difficulties. A qualitative approach is used in this research case study method. According to Semiawan (2020, p. 65), case studies are part of qualitative method that wants to explore a particular case in greater depth by involving the collection of various sources information, due to the characteristics of the case that have meaning to other people, at least for researchers. The data collection technique used observation, interviews, and symptoms of student behavior that appeared before and after responsive service. The results of this study indicate the process of implementing responsive services carried out by grade IV teachers to DS, GAP, MRR, SN students. The supporting factors are the support from the principal, teachers, students, good responses from parents when interviewed, while the inhibiting factors are lack of teaching materials, teachers don’t have much time to provide students GC services. Suggestions from this research are for teachers to stay focused and provide GC services to their students so that those who experience difficulties with learning can be helped.
