Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini berjudul ‘’PELATIHAN ANGKLUNG PARA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DI DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA MAJALENGKA’’ berlatarbelakang untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana proses pelatihan angklung, metode yang digunakan, dan bagaimana hasil pelatihan angklung para Aparatur Sipil Negara di Dinas Pendidikan kota Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan peneliti dengan cara melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan mengumpulkan dokumentasi foto/video untuk menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Hasil dari pelatihan angklung para Aparatur Sipil Negara ini dapat dikatakan memuaskan, karena para Aparatur Sipil Negara dapat memahami materi lagu dengan cepat serta menampilkan permainan angklung sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Angklung, Aparatur Sipil Negara. ABSTRACT This thesis is entitled '' TRAINING ANGKLUNG FOR STATE CIVIL APPARATUS AT THE EDUCATIONAL OFFICE IN MAJALENGKA CITY'' with the background to describe how the angklung training process, the methods used, and how the results of angklung training for State Civil Apparatus at the Educational Office of Majalengka city. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by researchers by conducting observations, interviews, and collecting photo/video documentation to conclude the research results. The results of the angklung training of the State Civil Apparatus can be said to be satisfactory, because the State Civil Apparatus can understand the song material quickly and perform the angklung as expected.
