    Abstract

    Aldi Ramadhan (1705084), ”Pengaruh Work-Life Balance Dan Kepuasan
    Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan PT. Yoehan
    Busana)”. Di bawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. H. Suryana M.Si dan Dr. Askolani M.M.
    Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui
    pengaruh dari work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi karyawan
    PT. Yoehan Busana. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah menurunnya
    tingkat motivasi karyawan yang belum optimal. Hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh
    work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja yang belum terakomodasi dengan efektif.
    Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif
    dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan
    dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas.
    Kemudian dilakukan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis data dengan teknik analisis
    regeresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test dan uji f-tes
    untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial.
    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance, kepuasan kerja, dan
    motivasi berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi menunjukkan
    variabel work-life balance memiliki hubungan signifikan positif dengan kategori
    sedang, sedangkan kepuasan kerja memiliki hubungan positif dengan kategori
    sedang. Pada nilai Adjusted R square motivasi dipengaruhi oleh work-life balance
    dan kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori sedang.

    Busana)”. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. Suryana M.Si and Dr. Askolani M.M.
    The problem in this study is to determine the effect of work-life balance and
    job satisfaction to the motivation of employees of PT. Yoehan Busana. This
    research is motivated by the problem of decreasing the level of employee
    motivation that is not yet optimal. This is thought to be caused by work-life balance
    and job satisfaction that have not been accommodated effectively.
    The method used in this research is quantitative analysis with descriptive
    and verification research design. The measurement of the variables was carried out
    using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Then the
    classical assumption test and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis
    techniques were carried out. Hypothesis testing uses t-test and f-test to see the effect
    partially.
    The results showed that work-life balance, job satisfaction, and motivation
    were in the high category. The results of the correlation calculation show that the
    work-life balance variable has a positive significant relationship with the moderate
    category, while job satisfaction has a positive relationship with the moderate
    category. In the value of Adjusted R square, motivation is influenced by work-life
    balance and job satisfaction is in the medium category.
