    Abstract

    Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah terkait daya tarik wisata dan kepuasan
    wisatawan di Jalan Sinar Cianjur Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis data yaitu data
    primer dan data sekunder bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Daya Tarik Wisata (X)
    serta variable terkait yaitu kepuasan wisatawan (Y) dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif
    pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik sampel nonprobality sampling
    menggunakan sampling jenuh karena responden yang kurang dari 100 yaitu berjumlah 32

    The problem examined in this study is the decline in performance of Van Hengel
    Catering Bandung employees, which is marked by a decrease in employee ratings
    amid continued advances that use Van Hengel Catering services. This study uses
    two types of data namely primary data and secondary data aimed to determine the
    effect of motivation (X1), and work environment (X2), and related variables
    namely employee performance (Y) with quantitative research type descriptive
    approach with nonprobality sampling technique sampling using sampling
    saturated because the respondents were less than 100, amounting to 32
