Abstract

Perkembangan industri pariwisata di Indonesia memberikan dorongan kepada industri makanan dan minuman dengan rentang yang luas mulai dari jenis produk catering hingga produk dalam kemasan. Produk minuman dalam kemasan (MDK) teh hitam melati merupakan produk MDK nomor dua terbanyak dalam segi penjualannya, namun dengan banyaknya produk – produk MDK yang bermunculan menyebabkan adanya penurunan daya jual dikarenakan market sharenya terbagi dan membuat konsumen semakin bingung dalam menentukan pilihannya. Penelitian dengan model deskriptif metode survei dengan objek produk MDK teh hitam melati yang terdiri dari produk Sosro Reguler, Sosro Less Sugar, Teh Kotak, Frestea, dan Pucuk Harum. Variabel yang diuji terdiri dari (x1) organoleptik, (x2) merek, (x3) label, (x4) fitur, (x5) ukuran dan (x6) kemasan. Sampel responden diambil sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan rumus sampel Yamane Taro dari populasi penduduk kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANOVA, uji T hitung, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan analisis dan pengolahan data penelitian, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada masing – masing produk yang diuji dengan F hitung sebesar 1.900, 94 dibandingkan dengan F tabel sebesar 3,357 pada tingkat kesalahan 1% Kata Kunci : Minuman Dalam Kemasan, Teh Hitam Melati Development of Indonesian tourism industry gave a boost to the food and beverage industry with a wide range of product ranging from catering product to the convenient product. Ready to drink jasmine black tea is the second most ready to drink product in terms of sales, but with so many products that have sprung caused a decrease in sales due to the split of the market shares and consumers get more confused in determining the product choice. Research was done with descriptive survey models which object is ready to drink jasmine black tea consisting of product Sosro Regular, Sosro Less Sugar, Teh Kotak, Freshtea, and Pucuk Harum. The variables consisting of (x1) organoleptic, (x2) brand, (x3) label, (x4) features, (x5) size, and (x6) packaging. Respondent sample of 100 consumers was taken using Taro Yamane samples formula from the population of Bandung city. Analisys using ANOVA, T test count, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the analysis and processing research data, it was concluded that there are significant differences on each product with the F count of 1.900,94 compared with 3,357 in the F table at an error rate of 1% Keywords : Ready To Drink, Jasmine Black Tea
