Abstract

Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dalam hal ini yang menarik peneliti adalah Iklim Organisasi pada Pegawai Pusat Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bandung II Kawaluyaan. Kinerja yang baik di mana seorang pegawai mengerjakan tugasnya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan juga tepat waktu, dan kinerja yang sangat baik adalah jika seseorang dapat mengerjakan tugas melebihi dari yang diharapkan dan perilaku tersebut disebut sebagai Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan perilaku (OCB) tersebut dapat dimiliki oleh pegawai jika iklim organisasi yang dirasakan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai Pusat Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bandung II Kawaluyaan. Dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Non probaility Sampling dengan Sampling Jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode verikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 57 pegawai dan sampel 57 Pegawai Pusat Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bandung II Kawaluyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefesien kolerasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). There are many factors that influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior, in this case what is interesting to researchers is the Organizational Climate of the Employees of the Regional Revenue Management Center of Bandung II Kawaluyaan. Good performance where an employee does his job as expected and on time, and a very good performance is if someone can do the task more than expected and the behavior is referred to as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the behavior (OCB) is can be owned by employees if the perceived organizational climate is good. This study aims to determine the description and Influence of Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Employees of the Regional Revenue Management Center Bandung II Kawaluyaan. In taking samples using the Non-probability Sampling method with Saturated Sampling. This study uses descriptive methods and verification methods with a population of 57 employees and a sample of 57 employees of the Regional Revenue Management Center Bandung II Kawaluyaan. The analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test to see the effect partially. The results showed that Organizational Climate had an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
