Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari kebijakan penundaan kompetisi liga terhadap aspek manajemen organisasi, pembinaan, dan kesejahteraan bagi klub liga 1 perwakilan Jawa Barat Persib Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif dengan proses triangulasi yaitu observasi, dokumen, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan penundaan kompetisi liga sepakbola Indonesia di masa pandemi Covid- 19 berdampak pada manajemen organisasi klub yang mengalami beberapa penyesuaian semua perencanaan yang dibuat harus ditata ulang. Begitupun dengan program latihan yang dilakukan secara mandiri, hal ini berimbas terhadap fasilitas yang tidak memadai, kurang uji coba pertandingan, kondisi fisik menurun, dan fsikis kecemasan akibat kompetisi ditunda. Dampak selanjutnya yaitu terhadap aspek kesejahteraan yakni tidak adanya pemasukan mulai dari tiket, hak siar, dan sponsor yang meminta untuk negosiasi ulang kontrak. Dan dengan adanya kebijakan pemotongan gaji yang hanya dibayarkan 25%, otomatis pendapatan pelatih dan pemain menjadi berkurang. Semua yang terlibat dalam kompetisi liga lebih berfokus pada upaya kesehatan yaitu mencegah Covid-19 terus meningkat. Kata Kunci: kebijakan, pandemi covid-19, dampak penundaan kompetisi. ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF THE POLICY OF DELAYING THE INDONESIAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE COMPETITION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMI Dicky Yosa Arpiana¹, Sucipto², & Nuryadi³ Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia dickyyosa@upi.edu ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the league competition postponement policy on aspects of organizational management, coaching, and welfare for league 1 club representatives from West Java, Persib Bandung. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach with a triangulation process, namely observations, documents, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the policy of delaying the Indonesian football league competition during the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the management of the club organization which has undergone several adjustments, all plans made must be reorganized. Likewise with training programs that are carried out independently, this has an impact on inadequate facilities, lack of match trials, declining physical conditions, and physical anxiety due to competition being postponed. The next impact is on the welfare aspect, namely the absence of income from tickets, broadcasting rights, and sponsors who ask to renegotiate the contract. And with a salary deduction policy that is only paid 25%, automatically the income of coaches and players will be reduced. All those involved in league competitions are more focused on health efforts, namely preventing Covid-19 from continuing to increase.
