Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kesejarahan siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS. Salah satu cara untuk mrningkatkan kempuan tersebut iala dengan sistem pembelajaran kontekstual. Pembelajaran kontekstual di era pandemic ini dapat disesuaikan dengan media virtual yaitu dengan virtual tour Museum Perundingan Linggarjati. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh virtual tour Museum Perundingan Linggarjati sebagai sumber belajar IPS untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kesejarahan” Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-experimental dengan the one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian dilakukan di MTsN2 Kuningan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes tertulis dengan bentuk soal pilihan ganda dan wawancara. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari setelah diuji dengan menggunakan teknik paired sample t test, diperoleh taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,00 yang menunjukan taraf signifikasi lebih kecil dari 0,05 ( 0,00 < 0,05) artinya H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan media virtual tour Museum Perundingan Linggarjati terhadap keterampilan berfikir kesejarahan siswa pada kelas VIII G. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kesejarahan siswa This research is motivated by the low historical thinking ability of students in social studies subjects. One way to improve these skills is by using a contextual learning system. Contextual learning in this pandemic era can be adapted to virtual media, namely the virtual tour of the Linggarjati Negotiation Museum. Therefore, this study is entitled "The influence of the Linggarjati Negotiation Museum virtual tour as a social studies learning resource to improve historical thinking skills." The method used in this study was a pre-experimental method with the one group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted at MTsN2 Kuningan. The instrument used to obtain data in this study was a written test in the form of multiple choice questions and interviews. Based on the data obtained from after being tested using the paired sample t test technique, a significance level of 0.00 was obtained which indicates a significance level less than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05) meaning H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means there is a significant influence from the use of the Linggarjati Negotiation Museum virtual tour media on the historical thinking skills of students in class VIII G. This proves that learning media is very influential in improving students' historical thinking skills
