Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) adalah manajemen yang memfokuskan diri memaksimalkan kemampuan karyawan atau anggotanya melalui berbagai langkah strategis dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pegawai atau karyawan menuju pengoptimalan tujuan organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pemberian insentif, kinerja pegawai dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai dari segi pemberian insentif yang ada di Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Kabupaten Bandung. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 53 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian insentif pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Kabupaten Bandung mempunyai nilai “Cukup Setuju” dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Kabupaten Bandung mempunyai nilai “Sangat Setuju”, serta hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian insentif pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Kabupaten Bandung mempunyai pengaruh “Sedang” terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian insentif berkontribusi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang positif dan signifikan pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Kabupaten Bandung. Research was conducted to determine the provision of incentives, employee performance and to analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance in terms of providing incentives in the Department of Communication, Informatics and Statistics Bandung Regency. The research method used is explanatory surveymethod. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of questionnaire dissemination. The primary data source was obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires as many as 53 respondents. The results showed that the incentives given to the Department of Communication, Informatics and Statistics Bandung Regency has a value of "Simply Agree" and the performance of employees in the Office of Communication, Informatics and Statistics Bandung has a value of "Strongly Agree", and the results of the research shows that the provision of incentives to the Office of Communication, Informatics and Statistics Bandung has an influence "Moderate" on the performanceof employees. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the incentive to contribute has an influence on the performance of employees who are positive and significant in the Department of Communication, Informatics and Statistics Bandung Regency.
