    Abstract

    Kebutuhan tempat peribadatan bagi masyarakat Kristiani semakin meningkat
    seiring meningkatnya pertumbuhan masyarakat nya di Indonesia. Perancangan Gereja
    ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat Kristiani yang ingin beribadah.
    Dalam perancangan ini digunakan pendekatan arsitektur simbolik dengan menggunakan
    simbol Kristiani dalam perancangannya yang masih dapat relevan dengan era sekarang
    sebagai penunjang jemaat untuk khusyuk dalam beribadah. Gereja ini juga didesain agar
    dapat menampung kegiatan komunitas bagi masyarakat Kristiani untuk mengembangkan
    komunitas yang diharapkan dapat bermanfaat juga untuk masyarakat
    sekitar. diharapkan dapat menghasilkan rancangan bangunan yang memberi
    pengalaman ruang yang berbeda bagi para jemaat, dan dapat menanamkan pesan
    pesan kristiani dalam penggunaan Simbolik pada bangunan.

    The need for places of worship for the Christian community is increasing along
    with the growth of the people in Indonesia. The design of this church is expected to meet
    the needs of the Christian community who want to worship. In this design, an architectural
    approach is used by using Christian symbols for the design which can still be relevant to
    the current era as a support for the congregation to be solemn in worship. This church is
    also designed to accommodate communities for the Christian community to develop
    which is expected to be beneficial for the surrounding community as well. It is expected
    to produce a building design that provides a different experience for the congregation,
    and can still in Christian message in the use of Symbolic in the building.
