Abstract
Prokrastinasi akademik berkaitan dengan perilaku negatif dan sering ditemui dikalangan peserta didik, namun saat ini dilakukannya pembelajaran daring membuat prokrastinasi akademik semakin meningkat. Tujuan penelitian menghasilkan fakta tentang gambaran prokrastinasi akademik peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 24 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dalam masa pembelajaran daring dan menghasilkan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan Teknik Self Management untuk mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik bagi perumusan rancangan layanan BK. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah survey. Populasi penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 24 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 134 peserta didik melalui teknik probability sample dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) gambaran prokrastinasi akademik peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 24 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dalam masa pembelajaran daring secara umum berada pada kategori sedang; 2) rancangan bimbingan kelompok Teknik Self Management untuk mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik dikembangkan dengan komponen yang terdiri dari: rasional, tujuan, rencana kegiatan (action plan), dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Layanan (RPL). Layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan Teknik Self Management harus diuji coba terlebih dahulu dengan panduan Rencana Pelaksanaan Layanan (RPL) yang telah dibuat untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Teknik Self Management untuk mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik. Academic procrastination is associated with negative behavior and often found among the students,but online teaching nowadays increases the academic procrastination more. The purpose of this study was to produce facts about the description of academic procrastination of class XI students at SMA Negeri 24 Bandung In the 2020/2021 academic year during the online teaching period and to produce group guidance services with Self-Management Techniques to reduce academic procrastination for the formulation BK service design. Data collected by using academic procrastination instruments. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods, the design used in the study is a survey. The research population is class XI students at SMA Negeri 24 Bandung in the 2020/2021 academic year with a research sample of 134 students through probability sampling technique by taking samples using simple random sampling. The results showed: 1) the description of the academic procrastination of class XI students of SMA Negeri 24 Bandung in the 2020/2021 academic year during the online learning period was generally in the medium category; 2) the self-management technique group guidance design to reduce academic procrastination was developed with components consisting of rationale, objectives, action plans, and service implementation plans. Group guidance services with self-management techniques must be tested first with the Service Implementation Plan (RPL) guidelines that have been made to determine the effectiveness of using Self-Management Techniques to reduce academic procrastination.
