Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan atas Surat Edaran LAN Nomor 11/k.1/hkm.02.3/2020 yang tercantum bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan dapat dilaksanakan dengan pola pembelajaran distance learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai Manajemen Pelatihan Penyelenggaraan Rumah Khusus Berbasis Distance Learning di Pusbangkom JPW. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, studi dokumen, dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan bahwa proses Manajemen Pelatihan Penyelenggaraan Rumah Khusus Berbasis Distance Learning meliputi: 1) Perencanaan diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan, perumusan tujuan, penyusunan program pelatihan; 2) Pelaksanaan dengan rangkaian kegiatan pembukaan, kegiatan pembelajaran dan penutupan; 3) evaluasi menggunakan model modifikasi evaluasi yakni menggabungkan model evaluasi CIPP dengan Kirkpatrick. Pelatihan ini dipengaruhi oleh koordinasi, ketersediaan jaringan internet, kompetensi pengajar dan penyelenggara, kelengkapan sarana serta ketersedian biaya. Rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan yakni membuat kesepakatan/komitmen tertulis dengan atasan peserta, meningkatkan kualitas sistem e-pelatihan, dan melakukan analisis kebutuhan pegawai pada bidang program dan evaluasi. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Penyelenggaraan Rumah Khusus , Distance Learning. ABSTRACT The background of this research is based on LAN Circular letter No. 11/k.1/hkm.02.3/2020 which states that the implementation of the training can be carried out with a distance learning pattern. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the Training Management of implementation Special House based on Distance Learning in Pusbangkom JPW. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The Technique of collecting data using a interviews, document studies, and observation. Based on the findings that Training Management of implementation Special House based on Distance Learning Process includes: 1) planning begins with needs analysis, formulation of objectives, preparation of training programs; 2) The implementation is carried out with a series of opening activities, learning activities and closing; 3) evaluation using a modified evaluation model that combines the CIPP evaluation model with Kirkpatrick. Training Management of implementation Special House based on Distance Learning is also influenced by the coordination,, the availability of the internet network, the competence of teachers and organizers, the completeness of the facilities and the availability of costs. Recommendations that can be made are making written agreements/commitments with the participant's superiors, improving the quality of the e-training system, and analyzing employee needs in the program and evaluation fields.
