Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji self-esteem, keterampilan atribut lulusan, dan adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-esteem dan keterampilan atribut lulusan terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan strategi korelasional. Data dihimpun dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner dalam bentuk digital (google form). Partisipan penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat I program S1 Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Tahun Akademik 2020/2021 sebanyak 87 orang yang terdiri atas 11 laki-laki dan 76 Perempuan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi dan regresi multiple.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem dan keterampilan atribut lulusan secara simultan berhubungan dengan variabel adaptabilitas karier dengan derajat korelasi kuat. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa setelah ada variabel keterampilan atribut lulusan maka pengaruh self-esteem terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa bertambah kuat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberadaan keterampilan atribut lulusan dapat memperkuat pengaruh self-esteem terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa tingkat I Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, dan sebaliknya keberadaan self-esteem dapat memperkuat pengaruh keterampilan atribut lulusan terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiwa tingkat 1 Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Kata kunci: Adaptabilitas karier, Keterampilan atribut lulusan, Self-esteem ABSTRACT This study examines self-esteem, skills attribute of graduates, and career adaptability of students. The aim was to determine the effect of self-esteem and skill attributes of graduates on student career adaptability. This study uses a descriptive method with a correlational strategy. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires in digital form (google form). The participants of this research were 87 students of level I of the Undergraduate Guidance and Counseling program at the Indonesia University Of Education for the Academic Year 2020/2021, consisting of 11 men and 76 women. The data were analyzed using multiple correlation and regression. The results showed that the self-esteem and skill attributes of graduates were simultaneously associated with career adaptability variables with a strong degree of correlation. The results of research with regression analysis showed that after there was a variable skill attribute of graduates, the effect of self-esteem on student career adaptability was getting stronger. It can be concluded that the existence of graduate attribute skills can strengthen the effect of self-esteem on the career adaptability of level I students of Guidance and Counseling at the Indonesia University Of Education, and conversely the existence of self-esteem can strengthen the effect of graduate attribute skills on the career adaptability of level 1 students of Guidance and Counseling, Indonesia University Of Education. .
