Abstract

Guru merupakan sosok sentral dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif, merekalah yang bertanggung jawab dalam pembelajaran, maka dari itu permasalahan yang terjadi masih didominasi oleh permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan guru, seperti masih rendahnya kepedulian guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, serta studi dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data dari 4 orang subjek di SDN 2 Cisomang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Berdasarkan temuan dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi objektif kepedulian guru dalam pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) masih berada dalam wilayah diri khususnya dalam tahap 1 (Informasional), sementara itu kondisi objektif program peningkatan kepedulian guru dalam pembelajaran ABK memiliki beberapa hambatan serta kebutuhan untuk dipenuhi, maka dari itu dibuatlah program peningkatan kepedulian guru dalam pembelajaran ABK di sekolah inklusif untuk meningkatkan kepedulian guru ke tahap 2 (Pribadi) dengan memaksimalkan sumber daya yang tersedia untuk memenuhi beberapa kebutuhan, salah satunya yaitu pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara mandiri. ABSTRACT Chahya Hadian Firmansyah 1603275 Program for Increasing Teacher’s Concerns in learning Children with Special Needs at Inclusive Schools. Teacher is a central figure in the implementation of inclusive education. Teacher has responsibilities in the learning process, therefore the problems that occur are dominated by problems those related to teachers, such as teachers' concerns is still low. Concerns is an important dimension for a teacher who involves in implementing inclusive education. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation study from 4 subjects at SDN 2 Cisomang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Further, the findings and discussion of the field data concluded that the objective condition of teacher’s concerns in learning children with special needs was still in personal issue, especially in stage 1 (Informational), while the objective condition for the program to increase teacher’s concerns in learning children with special needs had several obstacles and needs and it needed to be fulfilled. Therefore, a program was then made to increase the teacher’s concerns in learning children with special needs at inclusive schools to increase their concerns to stage 2 (Personal) by the optimization of available resources to meet several needs; one of them is independent training.
