Abstract

Uus Mulyana (1706916) “Peran Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Keadilan Prosedural Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia”. Di Bawah Bimbingan Dr. Kusnendi, MS. dan Dr. Budi Santoso, M.Si. Dalam penilai kinerja pegawai secara individu termasuk kategori baik tetapi, dalam penilaian organisasi mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung peran perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi dalam memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan keadilan prosedural terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang berjumlah 1.276 orang. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 310 orang tenaga Kependidikan setelah dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel yaitu kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, keadilan prosedural, perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi dan kinerja pegawai UPI berada pada kategori tinggi. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari kepuasan kerja terhadap tingkat perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi pegawai UPI.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari komitmen organisasi terhadap tingkat perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi pegawai UPI. Semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi, maka semakin tinggi perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari keadilan prosedural terhadap tingkat perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi pegawai UPI.Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari kepuasan kerja terhadap tingkat kinerja pegawai UPI.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari komitmen organisasi terhadap tingkat kinerja pegawai UPI. Semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi, maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai UPI.Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari keadilan prosedural terhadap tingkat kinerja pegawai UPI.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi terhadap tingkat kinerja pegawai UPI. Semakin tinggi perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi maka semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai UPI. Perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi hanya memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai UPI. Under the guidance of Dr. Kusnendi, MS. and Dr. Budi Santoso, M.Si In the individual employee performance is good category but, in organizational assessments it has decreased. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of the role of organizational citizenship behavior in mediating the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and procedural justice on the performance of the employees of the Indonesian Education University. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 1.276 Education Staff at the University of Education. The sample size in this study was 310 educational staff after being calculated using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that all variables, namely job satisfaction, organizational commitment, procedural justice, organizational citizenship behavior and UPI employee performance were in the high category. There is no significant effect of job satisfaction on the level of organizational citizenship behavior of UPI employees. There is a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on the level of organizational citizenship behavior of UPI employees. The higher the organizational commitment, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior. There is no significant effect of procedural justice on the level of organizational citizenship behavior of UPI employees. There is no significant effect of job satisfaction on the performance level of UPI employees. There is a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on the level of performance of UPI employees. The higher the organizational commitment, the higher the performance of UPI employees. There is no significant effect of procedural justice on the performance level of UPI employees. There is a positive and significant effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the performance level of UPI employees. The higher the organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the performance of UPI employees. Organizational citizenship behavior only mediates the effect of organizational commitment on the performance of UPI employees.
