Abstract
Workshop Pengerjaan Logam Produksi dan Perancangan DPTM FPTK UPI sudah memiliki troli tabung gas oksigen yang digunakan untuk pengelasan oxygen acetylene welding (OAW), tetapi tidak digunakan karena masih kurang efisien dan masih banyak kekurangan. Penulisan tugas akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan troli peralatan las oksi asetilin yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan troli peralatan las oksi asetilin yang dapat dipindah–pindah secara keseluruhan dengan alat bantu pengelasan, serta mengetahui proses, waktu dan biaya yang diperlukan, material yang digunakan untuk pembuatan adalah besi hollow persegi, besi plat, besi pipa, as roda. Proses pembuatan troli ini meliputi : 1. Proses pemotongan 2. Proses pengelasan 3. Proses finishing. Secara real time total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 6,30 jam dan Rp. 1.307.750,00. Metal Work Production and Design Workshop FPTK UPI DPTM already has an oxygen gas cylinder trolley which is used for oxygen acetylene welding (OAW), but it is not used because it is still inefficient and has many shortcomings. This final project discusses the manufacture of an oxy acetyline welding equipment trolley which aims to produce an acetylene oxy welding equipment trolley that can be moved as a whole with welding aids, as well as knowing the process, time and costs required, The materials used for the manufacture are hollow square iron, plate iron, pipe iron, axles. The process of making this trolley includes: 1. Cutting process 2. Welding process 3. Finishing process. In real time, the total production time and cost required is 6.30 hours and Rp. 1.307.750,00.
