Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan perbankan digital terhadap profitabilitas bank di Indonesia periode 2014-2019. Layanan perbankan digital yang diteliti terdiri dari ATM, mobile banking, dan internet banking. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan eksplanatori, dengan menggunakan sampel 15 bank pada tahun 2014-2019. Data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan audit yang dipublikasikan oleh bank umum pada masing-masing website perusahaan. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear multipel dengan bantuan software Eviews 9, diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: pertama, layanan ATM berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas bank; kedua, layanan mobile banking berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas bank; dan ketiga, layanan internet banking tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas bank. This study aims to determine the effect of digital banking services on bank profitability in Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period. The digital banking services studied consist of ATMs, mobile banking, and internet banking. The approach used was the explanatory approach, using a sample of 15 banks in 2014-2019. Data was collected from annual reports and audited financial report published by commercial banks on their respective company website. Based on multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Eviews 9 software, the following research results were obtained: First, ATM services have a positive effect on profitability; second, mobile banking services have a positive effect on bank profitability; and third, internet banking services do not have any effect on bank profitability.
