Abstract
Fokus utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Pegawai BRSPDSN Wyata Guna Bandung. Di latar belakangi oleh penunuran kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai merupakan elemen penting dalam mencapai prestasi kerja pegawai serta visi dan misi organisasi. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, dalam hal ini yang menarik peneliti adalah kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan tingkat Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasi, Dan Kinerja di BRSPDSN Wyata Guna Dan Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai BRSPDSN Wyta Guna Bandung Teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 63 orang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasi, Dan Kinerja pada BRSPDSN Wyata Guna termasuk kategori tinggi . Kompetensi dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinejra pegawai BRSPDSN Wyata Guna sebesar 33,8%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Kompetensi dan Komitmen Organisasai terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di BRSPDSN Wyata Guna Bandung, sementara sebagian sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain. The main focus in this research is the Employee Performance of BRSPDSN Wyata Guna Bandung. In the background by the decline in employee performance. Employee performance is an important element in achieving employee work performance as well as the vision and mission of the organization. There are many factors that affect performance, in this case what attracts researchers are the competence and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the description and level of competence, organizational commitment, and performance in BRSPDSN Wyata Guna and to find out how the influence of competence and organizational commitment on employee performance of BRSPDSN Wyta Guna Bandung. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with a total of 63 respondents using field research data collection techniques and library research. The results of this study concluded that: Competence, Organizational Commitment, and Performance at the Wyata Guna BRSPDSN were in the high category. Competence and Organizational Commitment affect the employee performance of BRSPDSN Wyata Guna 33,8%. It can be concluded that there is an influence between Competence and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at BRSPDSN Wyata Guna Bandung. And part of the rest is influenced by other variables.
