Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian yang berjudul “PEMBELAJARAN TEKNIK CHOP PADA VIOLIN DI KOMUNITAS USAHA FEELING LATIHAN (UFIL) BANDUNG”. Peneliti mengambil judul tersebut karena penelitian relatif jarang dibahas, khususnya pembelajaran teknik chop yang belum di bahas dan diulas secara matang dan mendalam . Dengan fokus penelitian yaitu Penguasaan teknik apa saja yang harus dikuasai sebagai persyaratan untuk mempelajari teknik chop, mengetahui bentuk, jenis dan langkah-langkah pembelajaran teknik chop pada violin yang dipelajari pada komunitas UFIL, penerapan teknik chop pada violin dalam lagu di komunitas UFIL Bandung. Metode yang digunakan peneliti yaitu metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, untuk mendapatkan data-data peneliti melakukan wawancara terhadap narasumber diantaranya pendiri Komunitas juga anggota Komunitas Usaha Feeling Latihan (UFIL) Bandung dan melalui studi literatur berupa partitur dan buku yang terkait, juga dengan pengumpulan dokumentasi audio dan video pada saat latihan dan pertunjukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa penguasaan teknik bowing, pembelajaran akord dasar dan penguasaan ritmik juga pola iringan pada lagu menjadi keterampilan utama sebelum mempelajari teknik chop secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa terdapat empat bentuk teknik chop, dan lima jenis chop beserta langkah-langkahnya yang dipelajari oleh Komunitas Usaha Feeling Latihan (UFIL) Bandung dan hasil dari pembelajaran segala bentuk dan jenis tenik chop yang dipelajari oleh anggota komunitas diterapkan pada lagu Sweet Child o’Mine. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Teknik chop, Violin, Komunitas Usaha Feeling Latihan(UFIL). ABSTRACT The research entitled “CHOP TECHNIQUES LEARNING IN VIOLIN IN THE BANDUNG FEELING TRAINING BUSINESS COMMUNITY (UFIL)”. The researcher took the title because this research is relatively rarely discussed, especially learning chop techniques that have not been discussed and reviewed thoroughly and deeply. With a research focus. Mastery of what techniques must be mastered as a condition for learning chop, alert, types and steps of learning chop techniques on violins that monitor the UFIL community, the application of chop techniques to the violin in songs in the UFIL Bandung community. The method used by researchers is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach, to obtain the data the researchers conducted interviews with sources: Community founders are also members of the Feeling Exercise Business Community (UFIL) Bandung and through literature studies in the form of scores and related books, also with audio documentation and videos of rehearsals and performances. Based on the research, that bowing technique mastery, basic chord learning and rhythmic mastery as well as accompaniment patterns in songs are the main skills before learning the technique in depth. The results of this study also explain that there are four forms of chop techniques, and five types of chop along with the steps studied by the Bandung Feeling Exercise Business Community (UFIL) and the results of learning all forms and types of chop tenik learned by community members are applied to the Sweet song.
