    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara leader power dengan kohesivitas pada anggota Polrestabes di kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 153 anggota Polrestabes di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Rahim Leader Power Inventory (RLPI) untuk mengukur leader power dan Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) untuk mengukur kohesivitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara leader power dengan kohesivitas pada anggota Polrestabes di Kota Bandung dengan koefisien korelasi Pearson sebesar 0.578.

    This study aimed to examine the correlationn between leader power and cohesivity among metropolitan police member in Bandung. This study used quantitative method with correlation design. 153 metropolitan police member in Bandung were involved in this study. Rahim Leader Power Inventory (RLPI) scale was used to measure leader power of the participants and Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) to measure cohesivity. To analyze the data, this study utilized Pearson’s Product Moment technique. The result of this study shows positive correlation between leader power and cohesivity among metropolitan police member in Bandung with pearson’s corrlation coefficient 0.578.
