Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas Penerapan model pembelajaran magang pada program public speaking dalam meningkatkan Motivasi belajar peserta, Motivasi Belajar peserta, Faktor pendukung dan penghambat penyelenggaraan program. Permasalahan pokoknya adalah (1). bagaimana proses penerapan pembelajaran magang pada program public speaking? (2). Bagaimana motivasi belajar peserta didik pada kursus Public Speaking di Dj Arie Broadcasting School Bandung? (3) Faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat penyelenggaraan program magang di Dj Arie Broadcasting School Bandung?. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data dan mendeskripsikan 1. Untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran magang yang dilakukan pada kursus public Speaking di Dj Arie Broadcasting School Bandung. 2. Untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar peserta didik pada kursus Public Speaking di Dj Arie Broadcasting School Bandung. 3. Untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat penyelenggaraan program magang di DJ Arie Broadcasting School Bandung. Kajian teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari : konsep pendidikan luar sekolah, konsep public speaking, konsep magang, dan konsep motivasi belajar. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari tahap pralapangan, tahap-tahap kegiatan lapangan, dan tahap analisis data. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 4 orang, yang terdiri dari 1 orang pemilik, 1 orang pengelola, 2 orang peserta belajar. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa : 1) Perencanaan model pembelajaran magang pada program public speaking dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahapan dimulai dari merumuskan tujuan, identifikasi peserta, identifikasi kebutuhan peserta, identifikasi sumber belajar, penetapan jadwal, identifikasi sarana dan prasarana. 2) Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan dalam beberapa langkah dimulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. 3) dari hasil pembelajaran, menunjukan bahwa program public speaking yang diselenggarakan Dj Arie Broadcasting School telah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking para peserta. 4) Motivasi belajar, menggambarkan bahwa adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta , 5) bahwa adanya faktor pendung dan penghambat yang dirasakan oleh pengelola dan peserta belajar, yaitu faktor pendukung : (a) Faktor pendukung internal berasal dari dukungan pihak keluarga, pengelola, dan peserta lain menjadi salah satu dorongan peserta untuk terus mengikuti pembelajaran, (b) Faktor pendukung eksternal yaitu berasal dari kompetensi mentor yang harus dimiliki oleh mentor adalah kompetensi andragogis. Kompetensi sosial, dan mentor juga melakukan evaluasi pada setiap akhir pembelajaran. Faktor Penghambat : (a) faktor penghambat internal adalah kesibukan dari peserta belajar yang tidak sama berpengaruh terhadap penjadwalan. (b) biaya penyelenggaraan program ini merupakan biaya swadaya atau dianggarkan kepada peserta sehingga biaya pendaftaran cukup mahal. This study discusses the application of the apprenticeship model of learning public speaking program in improving participants' learning motivation , learning motivation of participants , factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the program . The problem essentially is ( 1 ) . how the process of applying intern in a program of learning public speaking ? ( 2 ) . How does the motivation of learners on the course Public Speaking Dj Arie Broadcasting School Bandung ? ( 3 ) What are the factors that support and hinder the implementation of the internship program at the Bandung School Broadcasting Dj Arie ? . The purpose of this study was to obtain data and describe 1 . To determine the application of the apprenticeship model of learning is done in the course of public speaking Dj Arie Broadcasting School in Bandung . 2 . To determine the motivation of learners on the course Public Speaking Dj Arie Broadcasting School in Bandung . 3 . To determine what factors that support and hinder the implementation of the internship program at the Bandung School Broadcasting DJ Arie Broadcasting School Bandung. Study of the theory used in this study consisted of: the concept of non-formal education, the concept of public speaking, the concept of apprenticeship, and the concept of motivation to learn. Methodology This study uses descriptive research method using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The steps of data collection in this study starts from pra-fieldwork stages, stages of fieldwork, and data analysis stages. Subjects numbered 4, consisting of 1 owner, 1 manager, 2 participants learn. From the results of the data analysis and discussion , it is concluded that : 1 ) Planning apprenticeship model of learning in the public speaking program implemented in several stages starting from formulating goals , identifying participants , identifying the needs of participants , identification of learning resources , the determination of the schedule , identification of facilities and infrastructure . 2 ) Implementation of the training is done in several steps starting from the preparation, implementation , and evaluation . 3 ) of the learning outcomes , showed that public speaking program organized Dj Arie Broadcasting School has been able to improve public speaking skills of the participants . 4 ) Motivation to learn , illustrates that an increase in learning motivation of participants , 5 ) the presence of inhibitory factors supporting and perceived by managers and participants to learn , namely supporting factors : ( a) factors internal support comes from the support of family , managers , and other participants be one of encouragement to continue to follow the study participants , ( b ) external support factors are derived from the competencies that should be possessed by mentor is andragogis competence . Social competence , and mentors also conduct an evaluation at the end of each lesson . Obstacles : (a ) internal obstacle is the busyness of study participants who did not have an effect on scheduling . ( b ) the cost of providing the program is self-supporting or budgeted costs to the participants so that the registration fee is quite expensive .
