Abstract

Jobsheet development as a practical teaching materials necessary to facilitate students and teachers in learning. E-jobsheet development according to the SKKNI-based curriculum guidelines to support the achievement of competencies that students must possess. The purpose of this study was to knowing the feasibility of e-jobsheet of bread production based on SKKNI, find out the result of using e-jobsheet of bread production based on SKKNI in terms of the implementation of learning activities and student learning outcomes on cognitive aspects. The development of this e-jobsheet uses the ADDIE research method. The result of this study stated that the e-jobsheet developed was declared “Very Feasible” by subject matter expert, teaching factory expert, linguist expert, and students. Then declared “Feasible” by media expert. Furthermore, e-jobsheet is applied in learning by using Quasi-Experimental Design with a non-equivalent group posttest only design. Based on the results obtained, the implementation of teaching factory learning activities in the experimental group in the "Very Good" category while the control group in the "Less" category. Student learning outcomes in the experimental group have an average value higher than the control group. In the hypothesis test it was concluded that there was a significant difference between the results of the posttest of the control group and the experimental group.
