    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan, motivasi, kinerja, serta dampak kemampuan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara masing-masing ataupun bersamaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik kuisoner, dengan alatnya berupa lembar kuisoner atau angket dengan skala 4 model rating scale. Dengan responden seluruh anggota populasi yaitu sebanyak, 32 pegawai di Sub-bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian Pusat Survei Geologi. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah regresi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kemampuan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja, diperoleh pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sehingga peningkatan kinerja dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kemampuan dan motivasi.

    The study aims to analyse the ability, motivation, performance and the effect of ability and motivation to employee performance. The method used is explanatori survey. Data collection technique used are questionnaire technique, with the toll in the form of a questionnaire with a scale of 4 rating scale models. With respondent all members of the population, totaling 32 employees in the General and Personnel Sub-division of the Geological Survey Center. The data analysis techniques used in regression. Based on the result of testing the ability and motivation to perfomance, obtained a posistive and significant effect. So that performance improvement can be done through increased ability and motivation.
