Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi kurang optimalnya aksesiblilitas lingkungan fisik serta aksesibilitas kurikuler yang ada di SPs UPI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (a) mengetahui kondisi aksesibilitas fisik kampus Pascasarjana UPI bagi tunanetra, (b) mengetahui kondisi aksesibilitas kurikuler kampus Pascasarjana UPI bagi tunanetra, (c) membuat rancangan aksesibilitas fisik kampus Pascasarjana UPI bagi tunanetra, (d) membuat rancangan aksesibilitas kurikuler kampus Pascasarjana UPI bagi tunanetra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (a) masih banyak komponen aksesibilitas fisik bagi tunanetra yang belum terdapat di Sekolah Pascasarjana UPI sehingga secara umum Sekolah Pascasarjana UPI belum aksesibel bagi tunanetra, (b) belum optimalnya aksesibilitas kurikuler di Sekolah Pascasarjana UPI, (c) terciptanya rancangan aksesibilitas fisik di Sekolah Pascasarjana UPI bagi tunanetra, (d) terciptanya rancangan aksesibilitas kurikuler di Sekolah Pascasarjana UPI bagi mahasiswa tunanetra. Rancangan aksesibilitas fisik dan kurikuler ini dapat menjadi solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan aksesibilitas bagi mahasiswa tunanetra yang ada di SPs UPI.; This research was motivated by the Minister Regulation of Research, Technology and Higher Education No. 46 of 2017concerning special education and special services in universities. The purpose of this study was to (a) determine the condition of the physical accessibility on UPI Postgraduate campus for people with visual impairment, (b) determine the condition of the curricular accessibility on UPI Postgraduate campus for people with visual impairment, (c) create a physical accessibility design related to the UPI Postgraduate campus for people with visual impairment, (d) create a curricular accessibility design related to the UPI Postgraduate campus for people with visual impairment. The results of this research are: (a) there are still many physical accessibility components for people with visual impairment who have not been found at the UPI Postgraduate School so that in general the UPI Postgraduate School is not yet accessible to people with visual impairment, (b) curricular accessibility at the UPI Postgraduate School is not optimal, (c) the creation of a physical accessibility design at the UPI Postgraduate School for the visually impaired for people with visual impairment, (d) the creation of curricular accessibility design at the UPI Postgraduate School for forpeople with visual impairment.
