Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merumuskan program asesmen resource center sesuai peran dan fungsinya sebagai pusat asesmen. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2018 sampai bulan Juli 2018. Subjek penelitian ini adalah penanggung jawab pusat sumber, dan guru kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualititif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran dan fungsi pusat sumber sebagai pusat asesmen masih belum maksimal dikarenakan kurangnya tenaga resource center dan tidak adanya tim asesmen. Pusat sumber tidak memiliki program asesmen secara utuh sebagai pusat asesmen. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan tersebut, peneliti membuat program asesmen untuk menunjang peran dan fungsi pusat sumber sebagai pusat asesmen. Diharapkan setelah adanya program asesmen yang telah dibuat, pusat sumber lebih mengoptimalkan peran dan fungsinya sebagai pusat asesmen.; The purpose of this study is to formulate a resource center assessment program according to its role and function as an assessment center. The study was conducted in March 2018 until July 2018. The subject of this study was the person in charge of the source center, and the class teacher. This study uses descriptive methods and uses qualitative. Data collection is done by using observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The results of the study show that the central role and sources as the center are still not optimal because of the central resources and do not have an assessment team. The source center does not have a complete assessment program as an assessment center. Based on these findings, the researcher created a program to support the role and function of the source center as a center. It is hoped that after an assessment program has been made, the source center will optimize its role and function as an assessment center.
