Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang terdapat di SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Lembang adalah tidak dicantumkannya prosedur kerja pengoperasian peralatan pengolahan pada modul praktikum sebelumnya. Maka dibutuhkan modul praktikum pengoperasian peralatan pengolahan untuk membekali dan mengarahkan siswa agar dapat mengoperasikan peralatan pengolahan dengan benar dan sesuai prosedur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil kelayakan modul praktikum pengoperasian peralatan pengolahan berdasarkan judgment ahli dan untuk mengetahui hasil penilaian keterampilan (psikomotorik) siswa setelah menggunakan modul praktikum tersebut. Modul praktikum dikembangkan menggunakan metode research and development model 4D. Ada pun observasi, angket kuisioner dan lembar penilaian keterampilan digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil validasi ahli materi terhadap komponen kelayakan materi/isi memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 86% dan dinyatakan sangat layak. Begitu juga dengan hasil validasi oleh ahli bahasa pada komponen kelayakan bahasa, memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 81% sehingga dinyatakan sangat layak. Hasil validasi oleh media pada komponen kelayakan media (kegrafikan) memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 75% dan dinyatakan sangat layak. Dilakukan penilaian keterampilan mengoperasikan salah satu peralatan pengolahan yakni deep fryer pada kelas kontrol dan kelas perlakuan. Hasil penilaian keterampilan (psikomotor) pada 5 komponen penilaian pengoperasian deep fryer untuk lima kelompok siswa memperoleh nilai total rata-rata dari keseluruhan sebesar 85 dan dinyatakan melampaui nilai KKM keterampilan sebesar 75 sehingga dinyatakan siswa rata-rata telah mampu dalam mengoperasikan salah satu alat pengolahan deep fryer.--------One of the problems in the Lembang State Agricultural Vocational School is that the operating procedure for processing equipment is not included in the previous lab module. Then the practicum module for processing equipment is needed to equip and direct students to operate processing equipment correctly and according to the procedure. This study aims to determine the results of the feasibility of practicum module processing equipment operation based on expert judgment and to determine the results of the assessment of skills (psychomotor) students after using the lab module. The practicum module was developed using the research and development method of the 4D model. There were also observations, questionnaires and skills assessment sheets used as data collection techniques. The results showed that the results of the material expert validation on the material / content feasibility component obtained an average percentage of 86 % and were declared very feasible. Likewise with the results of the validation by linguists on the language feasibility component, obtaining an average percentage of 81% so that it is declared very feasible. The results of the media validation on the components of media feasibility (graphics) obtain an average percentage of 75% and are declared very feasible. An assessment of the skill of operating one of the processing equipment is done, namely deep fryer in the control class and treatment class. The results of the skills assessment (psychomotor) in the 5 components of the assessment of the operation of the deep fryer for five groups of students obtained an average total value of 85 and stated to exceed the skill KKM value of 75 so that the average student was able to operate one deep processing tool fryer.
