Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Nasional Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa Kelas X pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi di SMK Nasional Bandung Program Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu Kreativitas Mengajar Guru, Kesiapan Belajar Siswa, dan Hasil Belajar Siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kreativitas mengajar guru, kesiapan belajar siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi Kelas X di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X Program Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Dan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran kreativitas mengajar guru berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, gambaran kesiapan belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, dan gambaran hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Kreativitas Mengajar Guru dan Kesiapan Belajar Siswa berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa secara simultan dan signifikan. The problem examined in this study is that the learning outcomes of class X students have not been optimal in the Correspondence Subjects at the SMK Nasional Bandung Office Automation and Office Management Skills Program. This study consists of three variables, namely Teacher Teaching Creativity, Student Learning Readiness, and Student Learning Outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of teacher teaching creativity, student learning readiness, and student learning outcomes. In addition, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher teaching creativity and student interest in learning outcomes of students in Class X Correspondence Subjects at SMK Nasional Bandung. This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 66 respondents. Respondents in this study were class X students of the Office Automation and Governance Expertise Program at the SMK Nasional Bandung. And the data analysis technique used is multiple regression. Based on the analysis of the research results, it is found that the teaching creativity of the teacher is in the high enough category, the picture of students' readiness for learning is in the high enough category, and the picture of the student learning outcomes is in the high enough category. Hypothesis test results obtained that Teacher Teaching Creativity and Student Learning Readiness affect the Student Learning Outcomes simultaneously and significantly.
