Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK Swasta di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, deskriptif dan verifikatif. Selain itu, data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi multiple. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan untuk menguji keberartian regresi adalah uji F dan uji t. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F pada tingkat probabilitas 0,05, menyatakan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK Swasta di Kota Bandung. Hasil pengujian menunjukan nilai Fhitung sebesar 47,125 > Ftabel 3,10. Kemudian hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t pada tingkat probabilitas 0,05 menyatakan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan menunjukan nilai thitung sebesar (3,612) > ttabel (1,986). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan menunjukan nilai thitung (3,736) > ttabel (1,986).; The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on teachers performance in accounting teacher of private Vocational High School in Bandung. This research is a quantitative research, with research method used is survey method, descriptive and verifikatif. In addition, the data were processed using multiple regression analysis. While testing the hypothesis used to test regression significance is F test and t test. The result of hypothesis testing using F test at probability level 0,05, stated that organizational commitment and work motivation have positive effect on teacher performance on teacher accounting of private Vocational High School in Bandung. The test results show the value of Fcount of 47.125> Ftable 3.10. Then the results of hypothesis testing using the t test at the level of probability 0.05 states that the organizational commitment positively affect the teacher performance by showing the value of tcount (3.612)> ttable (1.986). work motivation have a positive effect on teacher performance by showing the value of tcount (3.736)> ttable (1.986).
