Abstract

Pada kompetensi dasar Memahami Prinsip Teknik Kimiawi dalam mata pelajaran Dasar Proses Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian di SMK Negeri Pertanian Serang tidak tersedia sumber belajar berupa bahan cetak bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang modul pada kompetensi dasar Memahami Prinsip Teknik Kimiawi dan mengetahui kelayakan rancangan modul dalam pembelajaran Dasar Proses Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian kelas X SMK Negeri Pertanian Serang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) yang mengacu pada model pengembangan dari Sugiyono (2016). Penelitian dan pengembangan dilaksanakan pada Program Studi Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (APHP) SMK Negeri Pertanian Serang. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas X Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (APHP) SMK Negeri Pertanian Serang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validitas dan angket respons pengguna dengan skala Likert. Validasi materi dengan 45 indikator oleh ahli Kimia Pangan menghasilkan total skor 132 menunjukkan bahwa desain modul layak. Validasi materi dengan 12 indikator oleh guru mata pelajaran Dasar Proses Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian menghasilkan total skor 42 menunjukkan bahwa desain modul sangat layak. Validasi media dengan 30 indikator menghasilkan total skor 89 menunjukkan bahwa desain modul layak. Validasi bahasa dengan 12 indikator menghasilkan total skor 48 menunjukkan bahwa desain modul sangat layak. Uji coba modul dengan 12 indikator dilakukan secara terbatas kepada 6 peserta didik dan kepada lapangan utama berjumlah 31 peserta didik. Hasil uji coba terbatas menghasilkan total skor 229 menunjukkan modul memiliki kriteria layak. Hasil uji coba lapangan utama menghasilkan total skor 1190 menunjukkan modul memiliki kriteria layak. In the basic competencies of Understanding the Principles of Chemical Engineering in Basic subject of Agricultural Product Processing Process in SMK Negeri Pertanian Serang there is no learning resource in the form of printed material for students. This study aims to design a module on the basic competencies of Understanding the Principles of Chemical Engineering and knowing the feasibility of the module design in the learning of the Basic Agricultural Product Processing Process of class X of the SMK Negeri Pertanian Serang. This research is research and development which refers to the development model of Sugiyono (2016). Research and development is carried out on the Agricultural Product Processing Agribusiness Study Program (APHP) of SMK Negeri Pertanian Serang. The subject of the study was the X class of Agricultural Products Processing Agribusiness (APHP) of the SMK Negeri Pertanian Serang. Data collection uses validity sheets and questionnaire responses of users with a Likert scale. Validation of the material with 45 indicators by Food Chemistry experts resulted in a total score of 132 indicating that the module design was feasible. Validation of the material with 12 indicators by the teacher of the Basic Subjects Agricultural Product Processing Process produced a total score of 42 indicating that the module design was very feasible. Media validation with 30 indicators yields a total score of 89 indicating that the module design is feasible. Language validation with 12 indicators resulted in a total score of 48 indicating that the module design was very feasible. The module trials with 12 indicators were limited to 6 students and the main field were 31 students. The results of the limited trial resulted in a total score of 229 indicating that the module had eligible criteria. The results of the main field trial resulting in a total score of 1190 shows that the module has decent criteria.
