Abstract
Hal yang dapat mempengaruhi semangat belajar diantaranya tersedianya sarana, prasarana dan fasilitas yang mendukung semangat belajar. SMK Negeri 6 Bandung mendirikan sarana belajar dengan konsep belajar mandiri yang dinamakan Self Access Study atau disingkat menjadi SAS Center. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran kondisi ruang SAS Center SMK Negeri 6 Bandung ditinjau dari elemen teknis yaitu elemen interiornya, melakukan penilaian mengenai keterpenuhan standardisasi elemen interior yang ada, elemen fungsional (sirkulasi) serta elemen perilaku (penggunaan bangunan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) Investigative dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, studi dokumentasi, literatur serta wawancara untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna. Kriteria penilaian pemenuhan elemen teknis serta rangkuman hasil penilaian, antara lain: (elemen interior): (1) Elemen pembatas (dinding: semua aspek sudah memenuhi standar; lantai: semua aspek sudah memenuhi standar; langit-langit: pemilihan material penutupnya belum memenuhi standar; jendela: fungsi jendela belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik; pintu: semua aspek sudah memenui standar); (2) Elemen estetik (Hampir keseluruhan kondisi fisik perabot sudah memenuhi standar); (3) Elemen warna (Ditinjau dari psikologi warna, warna yang digunakan pada ruang SAS Center SMK Negeri 6 Bandung sudah memenuhi standar). Elemen fungsional (sirkulasi) beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan sirkulasi belum terpenuhi. Elemen perilaku (penggunaan bangunan) sudah sesuai dengan aktivitas yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut, ruang SAS Center SMK Negeri 6 Bandung belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan standard yang telah ada dalam peraturan pemerintah maupun literatur yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kajian, Tata Ruang, SAS Center, SMK N 6 Bandung, Post Occupancy Evaluation. Bandung 6 Vocational High School builds supporting facilities for learning with autodidact concept named by Self Access Study or shortened to to become SAS Center. This research is to get description of condition of space SAS Center’s Bandung 6 Vocational High School evaluated from technical element that is element of its(the interior, does assessment about fulfill of standardization of element of the interior, functional element ( circulation) and element of behavior ( building usage). This research applies method Post Occupancy Evaluation ( POE) Investigative by using observation data collecting engineering, documentation study, literature and interviews to know satisfaction of consumer. Assessment criterion of Accomplishment of technical element and ambit result of assessment,like: ( element of interior): ( 1) element of Border ( wall: all aspects has fulfilled standard angle blocks; floor: all aspects has fulfilled standard angle blocks; ceiling: election of its(the cover?conclusion material has not fulfilled standard angle blocks; window: function of window has not been exploited carefully; ingate: all standard angle blocks menu aspects has); ( 2) Element aesthetic ( Almost overall of condition of physical of appliance has fulfilled standard angle blocks); ( 3) element of Colour ( Evaluated from colour psychology, colour applied at space SAS Center’s Bandung 6 Vocational High School has fulfilled standard angle blocks). Functional element ( circulation) some things related to circulation has not fufilled. element of Behavior ( building usage) have been as according to activity expected. Based on the assessment, space SAS Center’s Bandung 6 Vocational High School has not fully as according to standard which there have in governmental regulation and also literature relating to this research.
