Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari dengan adanya pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama dalam percakapan Kalawarta TVRI Jawa Barat. Dalam acara Kalawarta TVRI Jawa Barat, terdapat tuturan-tuturan yang dilakukan oleh penutur dan mitra tutur secara tidak efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kepatuhan dan ketidakpatuhan prinsip kerja sama yang meliputi maksim kuantitas, maksim kualitas, maksim hubungan, maksim cara, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat ketidakpatuhan prinsip kerja sama yang berkaitan dengan fungsi komunikatif basa. Data dalam penelitian ini yaitu percakapan Kalawarta TVRI Jawa Barat, dengan episode periode bulan genap, yaitu Oktober, Desember, Februari, April, dan Juni. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan tehnik transkripsi. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat 12 data kepatuhan prinsip kerja sama dengan rincian 41 maksim kuantitas, 11 maksim kualitas, 38 maksim hubungan (relevansi), dan 31 maksim cara. Selain itu, terdapat 137 data ketidakpatuhan prinsip kerja sama dengan rincian 44 pelanggaran maksim kuantitas, 11 pelanggaran maksim kualitas, 43 pelanggaran maksim hubungan (relevansi), dan 39 pelanggaran maksim cara. Adapun Faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi adanya ketidakpatuhan prinsip kerja sama dalam percakapan yaitu adanya fungsi ekspresif dan fungsi fatis, dengan rincian 27 data fungsi fatis dan 13 data fungsi ekspresif. Hasil temuan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan prinsip kerjasama dalam acara Kalawarta TVRI Jawa Barat menunjukkan tingkatan sedang dengan dominasi 47%. COMPLIANCE LEVEL OF COOPERATIVE PRINCIPLES KALAWARTA TVRI JAWA BARAT CONVERSATION Sofa Marwah ABSTRACT This research is based on the violation of the principle of cooperation in West Java TVRI Kalawarta conversation. In the West Java TVRI Kalawarta program, there were speeches made by speakers and speech partners ineffectively. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of compliance and non-compliance of the principles of cooperation which include the maxims of quantity, the maxims of quality, the maxims of relations, the maxims of ways, and the factors that influence the level of non-compliance of the principles of cooperation related to basic communicative functions. The data in this study is Kalawarta TVRI West Java conversations, with episodes of even-month periods, namely October, December, February, April, and June. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with a transcription technique. The results of this study there are 121 cooperative principle compliance data with details of 41 quantity maxims, 11 quality maxims, 38 relationship maxims (relevance), and ways maxims. In addition, there were 137 data on non-compliance with the principle of cooperation with details of 44 (32%) violations of quantity maxim, 11 violations of quality maxims, 43 violations of relationship maxim (relevance), and 39 violations of maxims way. The factors underlying the non-compliance of the principles of cooperation in conversation are the expressive function and the function of the phatic, with details of 27 data functions and 13 data functions that are expressive. The findings of this study can be concluded that the level of compliance with the principle of cooperation in West Java TVRI Kalawarta shows 47%.
