Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat risiko ergonomi pada saat praktik Motor Diesel pada kompetensi pemeriksaan dan penyetelan injektor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu mahasiswa Departemen Pendidikan teknik Mesin prodi D3 otomotif angkatan 2017. Pengumpulan data dengan cara teknik observasi dan kuisioner. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari lembar observasi dan kuisioner. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis posisi tubuh adalah Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). Metode QEC menganalisis pajanan pada punggung, bahu/lengan, pergelangan tangan/lengan, dan leher. Metode ini tidak hanya menilai pajanan pada tubuh tetapi juga durasi, beban benda kerja, dan tingkat kesulitan pekerjaan masuk kedalam keriteria penilaian. Kompetensi penyetelan dan pengecekan injektor dipilih karena memiliki tingkat risiko ergonomi. Pada tubuh persentil 95 didapat 71%, tubuh persentil 50 didapat 69%, tubuh persentil 5 didapat 67%, yang berarti harus dilakukan penelitian dan perubahan secepatnya untuk mengurangi risiko ergonomi. Peneliti menyarankan meja kerja yang dapat disesuaikan dengan tubuh mahasiswa untuk melakukan praktik sesuai dengan data antropometri. This study aims to determine how much the level of risk of ergonomics when practicing a diesel motor on the competence of injector inspection and adjustment. This research is quantitative descriptive. Subjects in this study were taken using saturated sampling techniques, namely students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering D3 automotive study program class of 2017. Data collection by observation and questionnaire techniques. Data collection instruments consist of observation sheets and questionnaires. The method used to analyze body position is the Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). The QEC method analyzes exposures to the back, shoulders / arms, wrists / arms, and neck. This method not only assesses exposure to the body but also the duration, workpiece load, and the level of difficulty of the work entering into the assessment criteria. The injector adjustment and checking competency was chosen because it has an ergonomic risk level. In the 95th percentile body is 71%, the 50th percentile body is 69%, the 5th percentile body is 67%, which means that research and changes must be made immediately to reduce the risk of ergonomics. Researchers suggest a work desk that can be adjusted to the body of a student to practice in accordance with antropometric data.
