RELEVANSI UJI KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN SMK BIDANG TEKNIK ELEKTRO DENGAN UJI KOMPETENSI SESUAI STANDAR KOMPETENSI KERJA NASIONAL INDONESIA (SKKNI) DI LEMBAGA SERTIFIKASI PROFESI (LSP)

    Abstract

    Mengingat semakin gentingnya persiapan menyambut era Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA), tantangan dan ancaman yang akan dihadapi lulusan SMK akan semakin besar. Nilai Uji kompetensi Keahlian akan diperhitungkan sebagai nilai Ujian Sekolah untuk mata pelajaran kompetensi kejuruan. Oleh karena itu dengan analisis dari relevansi uji kompetensi guna untuk mengetahui relevansi uji kompetensi sekolah dengan uji kompetensi sesuai LSP dalam segi materi, prosedur, Tempat Uji Kompetensi (TUK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Mix Method Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode persentase Recall. Kesesuain kompetensi dasar dengan terhadap relevansi Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) sub–bidang Perancangan (12 buah kode unit), sub–bidang Konstruksi (4 buah kode unit), sub–bidang Operasi (1 buah kode unit) sub– bidang Inspeksi dan sub–bidang Pemeliharaan = 0. Hasil keseluruhan persentase dalam segi materi Uji Kompetensi mendapatkan hasil 2,79% Elemen Kompetensi Unjuk Kerja (EKUK), 3,25% Batasan Variabel (BV), 7% Pengetahuan Keterampilan Penunjang (PKP) dan mendapatkan rata–rata 4,34% (kategori sangat lemah). Hasil persentase dalam segi Prosedur mendapatkan 6 point (50%) dari 12 point Dokumen Uji Kompetensi (DUK), 8 point (53,3%) dari 15 point Materi Uji Kompetensi (MUK) untuk keseluruhan mendapatkan hasil yang relevan sebesar 51,8% dari 27 point (kategori cukup). Hasil persentase keseluruhan Tempat Uji Kompetensi (TUK) mendapatkan 18 point (94,7%) yang relevan dari 19 point (kategori sangat baik).

    Given the increasingly critical preparation to welcome the era of the Asean Economic Community (AEC), the challenges and threats that will be faced by SMK graduates will be even greater. The Skill Competency Test score will be calculated as a School Test Score for vocational competency subjects. Therefore, with the analysis of the relevance of competency tests in order to find out the relevance of school competency tests with competency tests according to LSP in terms of material, procedures, Competency Test Places (TUK). This research uses the Descriptive Qualitative Mix Method using the Recall percentage method. Basic competency suitability with respect to the relevance of the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) Design sub-field (12 unit code), Construction sub-field (4 unit code), Operations sub-field (1 unit code) Sub-field Inspection and Maintenance sub-field = 0. Overall yield of percentage in material terms Competency Test results 2.79% Performance Element Competencies (EKUK), 3.25% Variable Limits (BV), 7% Supporting Knowledge Skills (PKP) and on average get 4.34% (very weak category). Percentage results in terms of Procedure get 6 points (50%) from 12 points Competency Test Documents (DUK), 8 points (53.3%) from 15 points Competency Test Material (MUK) for overall get relevant results of 51,8% from 27 points (enough category). The overall percentage results of Competency Test Place (TUK) get 18 (94.4%) points from 19 points (very good category).
