Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) Untuk Meningkatkan Self Efficacy Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan pola non equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 50 orang siswa kelas IV SD. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu instrumen self efficacy yang berbentuk skala likert dan instrumen hasil belajar berupa lembar tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) terbukti berpengaruh serta efektif dalam meningkatkan self efficacy dan hasil belajar siswa. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini ditujukan untuk guru atau tenaga kependidikan dan peneliti selanjuutnya;---This study aims to examine the effect of Numbered Head Together (NHT) Learning Models to Improve Student Self Efficacy and Learning Outcomes. The research method used was quasi-experimental with the pattern of non equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Subjects in the study were 50 students of grade IV elementary school. The instrument used in this study is a self efficacy instrument in the form of a likert scale and learning outcomes instrument in the form of test sheets. The results showed that the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model proved to be influential and effective in increasing student self-efficacy and learning outcomes. The recommendations in this study are aimed at teachers or educational staff and researchers in the future
