Abstract

Studi tentang revisit intention masih merupakan area penting dari penelitian di bidang pariwisata. Rendahnya niat berkunjung kembali dan niat untuk merekomendasikan menjadi dampak rendahnya revisit intention di destinasi wisata. Permasalahan yang terjadi mengenai revisit intention terjadi pada wisata glamping Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort. Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort merupakan Camping Park dengan konsep Glamping (Glamorous Camping) wisatawan bisa menikmati sensasi bermalam di alam terbuka dengan fasilitas senyaman di hotel. Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort berusaha meningkatkan revisit intention wisatawan dengan menciptakan pengalaman wisata yang positif dan berkesan bagi wisatawan. Dalam penelitian ini variabel bebas (X) yang digunakan yaitu tourist experience yang terdiri dari entertainment experience, educational experience, escapism experience dan esthetic expererince. Variabel terikat (Y) dalam peneltian ini yaitu revisit intention. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode yang digunakan explanatory survey dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 109 responden yaitu wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort dengan teknik penarikan Systematic random sampling. Teknik analisis data dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Pelaksanaan tourist experience di Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort berada pada kategori tinggi, dimensi entertainment experience mendapatkan penilaian tertinggi dan dimensi educational experience mendapat penilaian terendah. Tanggapan revisit intention wisatawan di Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort berada pada kategori tinggi, dimensi repeat purchase mendapatkan penilian tertinggi dan dimensi recommendation mendapatkan penilaian terendah. Hasil penelitian ;---The study of revisit intention is still an important research area in tourism. The low intention to revisit and the intention to recommend the impact of revisit intention in tourist destinations.Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort seeks to increase the revisit intention of tourists by creating a positive and memorable tourist experience for tourists. Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort is a Camping Park with the concept of Glamping (Glamorous Camping) tourists can enjoy the sensation of staying overnight in the outdoors with facilities as comfortable as the hotel. Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort strives to increase tourists' revisit intention by creating a positive and memorable tourist experience for tourists In this study the independent variable (X) used is the tourist experience consisting of educational, escapism, entertainment, and esthetic. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is revisit intention. The type of research used is descriptive and verificative with the method used explanatory survey and cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 109 respondents, tourists who've visited Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort with Systematic random sampling technique. Data analysis technique and hypothesis test used is multiple regression. Implementation of tourist experience in Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort is in the high category, entertainment dimensions get the highest rating and educational dimension gets the lowest rating. Tourists revisit intention responses in the Camping Park Sari Ater Hotel & Resort is at the high category, the dimension of intention to revisit gets the highest valuation and the dimension of willingness to recommend gets the lowest ratings. The results showed the influence between tourist experience and revisit intention.
