    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan efikasi diri, kesiapan kerja, dan pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK di Kota Cimahi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode analisis deksriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada seluruh sampel siswa Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK di Kota Cimahi yang berjumlah 166 siswa. Angket efikasi diri tersusun dari 30 item pernyataan dengan 11 alternatif jawaban dan angket kesiapan kerja terdiri dari 30 item pernyataan dengan lima alternatif jawaban. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan model regresi linier sederhana karena berdasarkan uji normalitas dan linieritas data tersebut berdistribusi normal dan linier. Seluruh pengolahan data menggunakan software Microsoft Statistical Product dan Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25.0 for windows. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK di Kota Cimahi.----------This study aims to describe self-efficacy, work readiness, and the effect of self-efficacy on work readiness of VHS Accounting Skills Program students in the city of Cimahi. The method of data collection uses descriptive and verification analysis methods. The self-efficacy questionnaire was composed of 30 items of statements with 11 alternative answers and the work readiness questionnaire consisted of 30 items of statements with five alternative answers. The file were analyzed with a simple linear regression models because based on normality and linearity tests the data is normally distributed and linier. all data processing helped by Microsoft Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 25.0 for windows. Results of this study indicate there is a positive effect of self-efficacy on work readiness of VHS Accounting Skills Program Students in the city of Cimahi.
