Abstract
Salah satu daya tarik wisata andalan di Kabupaten Cianjur yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan adalah Kebun Raya Cibodas. Akan tetapi, dari tahun ke tahun terjadi penurunan jumlah pengunjung ke Kebun Raya Cibodas. Selama kurun waktu enam tahun dari 2005 sampai dengan 2011 hanya terjadi satu kali peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan sisanya mengalami penurunan. Terjadinya penurunan jumlah wisatawan ini dapat disebabkan oleh banyak faktor. Faktor yang diduga mempunyai andil dalam penurunan jumlah wisatawan ke Kebun Raya Cibodas adalah tidak adanya peningkatan fasilitas serta pengembangan potensi alam. Hal ini tentu perlu menjadi perhatian pengelola Kebun Raya Cibodas, sehubungan dengan latar belakang masalah tersebut pengelola perlu memberikan perhatian terhadap fasilitas yang ada serta potensi alam yang dimiliki Kebun Raya Cibodas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan kuisioner, observasi lapangan serta wawancara denganpengelola Kebun Raya Cibodas. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel bebas yakni fasilitas 〖 (X〗_1) dan potensi alam 〖 (X〗_2) sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah keputusan berkunjung (Y). Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa fasilitas dan potensi alam memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawaan yakni setiap pertambahan Fasilitas (X1) sebesar satu satuan akan menyebabkan meningkatnya Keputusan berkunjung (Y) sebesar 0,406. Sedangkan setiap pengembangan potensi alam Potensi Alam (X2) sebesar satu satuan akan menyebabkan meningkatnya Keputusan berkunjung (Y) sebesar 0,561. However, from year to year were declining in the number of visitors to the Cibodas Botanical Garden. During six years from 2005 to 2011 only happened one time increase in the number of tourist visits and the rest was declined. The decrease in the number of tourists can be caused by many factors. Factors thought to have contributed to the decline in the number of tourists to the Cibodas Botanical Garden is no increased facilities and the development of natural resources. This certainly needs to be a management concern Cibodas Botanical Garden, with respect to the background of the issue managers need to pay attention to the existing facility and natural resources in Cibodas Botanical Garden. This study used descriptive. Data was collected using questionnaires, field observations and interviewed to LIPI as Cibodas Botanical Garden Managerial. The study consisted of two independent variables: facilities 〖 (X〗_1) and natural resources〖 (X〗_2), while the dependent variable is decision of visit (Y). Therefore the data processing technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical software SPSS 13. The results showed that the facilities and natural resources has a considerable influence on the decision tourists visit, each accretion unit of facility (X1) will be increased decision of visits (Y) as much 0,406. And then, every development unit of natural resources will be increased decision of visits (Y) as much 0,561. Keywords: Facilities, Natural Resources, Decision of Visits
