Abstract

Krisisnya kinerja karyawan adalah masalah kritis yang dihadapi oleh manajemen dalam perusahaan. Permasalahan kinerja karyawan masih banyak dihadapi oleh perusahaan di berbagai sektor di banyak negara, baik bergerak di sektor publik maupun swasta, di institusi kesehatan, pendidikan, perbankan, perusahaan milik negara, sampai perusahaan kecil. Rendahnya intensitas dan tidak dapat diaksesnya target kerja karena rendahnya kualitas kinerja sumber daya manusia. Kinerja merupakan perilaku nyata yang ditunjukkan oleh setiap karyawan harus sesuai dengan perannya dalam perusahaan, bahwa dampak rendahnya kinerja karyawan adalah kualitas dan kuantitas pekerjaan yang dihasilkan kurang memuaskan dan rendahnya kreativitas karyawan, hal ini terjadi pada PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 2 Bandung dimana tingkat kinerja karyawan mengalami penurunan pada setiap tahunnya, terutama di tahun 2014-2016. Tentunya hal ini jauh dari harapan perusahaan yang menginginkan para karyawannya memiliki kinerja yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran disiplin kerja, (2) gambaran keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (k3), (3) gambaran kinerja karyawan, (4) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (5) pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (k3) kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (6) pengaruh disiplin kerja dan keselamatan & kesehatan kerja (k3) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan metode explanatory survey. Adapun teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability sampling yang berjumlah 45 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for windows.Hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 16,16% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan keselamatan & kesehatan kerja (k3) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 20,07% terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta disiplin kerja dan keselamtan & kesehatan kerja (k3) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 34,45% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa disiplin kerja dan keselamatan & kesehatan kerja (k3) memiliki pengaruh yang positif baik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Employee performance problems are still faced by companies in various sectors in many countries, both in the public and private sectors, in health institutions, education, banking, state-owned companies, and small companies. Low intensity and inaccessibility of work targets due to the low quality of human resource performance. Performance is the real behavior shown by each employee must be in accordance with his role in the company, that the impact of low employee performance is the quality and quantity of work produced is less satisfactory and low employee creativity, this happens to PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operating Area 2 Bandung where the level of employee performance has decreased every year, especially in 2014-2016. Of course this is far from the expectations of companies that want their employees to have good performance. This study aims to obtain (1) description of work discipline, (2) description of occupational safety and health (OSH), (3) description of employee performance, (4) influence of work discipline on employee performance, and (5) influence of occupational safety and health (OSH) work on employee performance (6) the influence of work discipline and occupational safety & health (OSH) on employee performance. This study uses descriptive and verification methods, with explanatory survey methods. The sample technique used is nonprobability sampling, amounting to 45 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with Statistical computer software for Product Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for Windows. The results of the research on hypothesis testing can be seen that work discipline has an influence of 16.16% on employee performance, while occupational safety & health (OSH) has an influence of 20.07% on employee performance, and work discipline and occupational safety & health (OSH) has an influence of 34.45% on employee performance. From the research on hypothesis testing it can be seen that work discipline and occupational safety & health (OSH) have a positive influence both on employee performance.
