Abstract

meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru, khususnya dalam konteks penelitian ini adalah guru PAI. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian ini menggunakan Design and Development Research (DDR), yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan: (1) studi analisis; (2) desain dan pengembangan; dan (3) evaluasi. Tahap studi analisis dilaksanakan dengan melakukan interview terhadap 20 guru SMA/SMK sederajat. Hasil dari studi analisis menunjukkan bahwa harapan guru terhadap program pengembangan kompetensi melalui aplikasi ini sangat tinggi. guru juga berharap program ini dapat dikembangkan dengan inovatif, ekonomis, dapat diimplementasikan, konten yang singkron dengan kurikulum nasional, serta penggunaan bahasa dan tampilan aplakasi yang familiar. Dari hasil temuan pada studi analisis ini, kemudian peneliti jadikan acuan dalam merancang program pengembangan kompetensi guru PAI melalui aplikasi Mobile Ta’lim. Setelah dilakukan field test, diperoleh tiga jenis data yang mencakup kompetensi awal, respon dan ekspekatasi terhadap program aplikasi. Berdasarkan data hasil penilaian yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner oleh ahli Media dan Aplikasi, maka perhitungan presentase kevalidan materi ketika uji coba oleh expert sebesar 82,35% untuk validator pertama dan 85,29% untuk validator kedua. Kemudian jika nilai tersebut dikonversikan, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan masuk dalam kriteria “sangat valid”. Hal senada dengan hasil penilaian pada aspek penyajian materi oleh ahli materi pedagogik dan PAI. Hasil bahwa uji coba oleh expert sebesar 82,35 %. Hasil ini kemudian jika nilai tersebut dikonversikan juga masuk dalam kriteria “sangat valid”. Selain itu respon guru juga menunjukkan tanggapan yang positif khususnya pada aspek konten dan desain aplikasi, rata-rata dari mereka mengapresiasi program dan mengharapkan keberlanjutan program Mobile Ta’lim ini. ___________________________________________________ This research was carried out as one of the academic effort to improve the pedagogical competence of Islamic education teachers. In its implementation, this study uses Design and Development Research (DDR), which consists of three stages: (1) analysis studies; (2) design and development; and (3) evaluation. In analysis phase, of the research was carried out by conducting the interview to 20 high school Islamic education teachers. The results of the analysis study shows that the teacher's expectation of the competency development program through this application is “high”. The teacher also hopes that this program can be developed innovatively, economically, easily, as well as the content can be synchronized to the national curriculum. The findings of the analysis study phase, then used as a reference for the design and devlopment phase through Mobile Ta'lim application. After conducting a field test, three types of data were obtained which included initial competencies, responses and expectations. Based on the data of the results of the assessment conducted by media and application experts than added up sum of the questionnaire results, it was 56 through the questionnaire instrument. The sum for media and application experts shows 82.35% results. These results state that the product developed meets very valid criteria, as well as from content and pedagogical expert judgment where the total results show 82.35% for the first validator and 85.29% for the second validator, the results state that the product developed meets the very valid criteria . While the teacher's response also showed a positive response and they expected to the sustainability of the Mobile Ta'lim program.
