Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu perilaku konsumsi guru yang tidak rasional dibandingkan dengan pendapatan yang dimiliki. Perilaku konsumsi yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lingkungan sosial (terdiri dari kelompok acuan, keluarga, dan kelas sosial). Dalam perilakunya, konsumen (guru) akan berusaha mencapai tingkat kepuasan tertinggi yang dapat dicapai dengan pendapatan yang dimiliki. Objek penelitian ini, yaitu guru SMAN 13 Bandung dan guru SMA Nusantara 1 Bandung. Populasi sebanyak 62 guru SMAN 13 Bandung dan 13 guru SMA Nusantara 1 Bandung, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak populasi, yang dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey deskriptif dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data dan teknik analisis crosstab, Dalam analisis data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 21 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa variabel lingkungan sosial (kelompok acuan, keluarga dan kelas sosial) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi. Kata Kunci : perilaku konsumsi, lingkungan sosial, kelompok acuan, keluarga, kelas sosial The problem in this research, that is the behaviour of consumption of the teacher who was irrational compared with the income that was owned. The consumption behaviour is influenced by the social environment variables (reference group, family, and social class). In his behavior, consumers (teachers) will attempt to achieve the highest level of satisfaction can be achieved with income that was owned. The object of this research, that is the teachers SMAN 13 Bandung and teachers SMA Nusantara 1 Bandung. . The population totalling 62 teachers SMAN 13 Bandung and 13 teachers SMA Nusantara 1 Bandung, the sample that was used totalling the population, that was known with the census term. Methods used in research is descriptive survey using question form as a means of collecting the data and techniques using crosstab, analysis of the data using SPSS program 21 for Windows. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that social environment variables (reference group, social class and family) effect on the behavior of consumption.
