Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenai faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi muzaki menerima dan menggunakan platform zakat untuk membayar zakat melalui pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan menggunakan beberapa variabel dependen dan independen. Disamping itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, kondisi fasilitas terhadap intensi keperilakuan platform pembayaran zakat dan implikasinya terhadap perilaku menggunakan platform pembayaran zakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah muzaki yang pernah membayar zakat secara digital ke lembaga zakat yang ada di Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan jumlah sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel ekspektasi kinerja, pengaruh sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel intensi keperilakuan dan variabel kondisi fasilitas dan intensi keperilakuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel perilaku menggunakan platform pembayaran zakat online. Sedangkan variabel ekspektasi usaha memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap intensi keperilakuan. Implikasi dari penelitian menyarankan agar lembaga zakat membuat platform pembayaran zakat yang mudah digunakan oleh muzaki. Kata Kunci: Penerimaan dan Penggunaan, Platform Pembayaran Zakat, Muzaki, Lembaga Zakat ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyze the factors that influence muzaki accepting and using the zakat platform to pay zakat through the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) approach using several dependent and independent variables. Also, this study aims to analyze how the influence of performance expectations, business expectations, social influences, the condition of the facility on the behavioral intention of the zakat payment platform and its implications for behavior using the zakat payment platform. The research method used in this study is the method of causality with a quantitative approach. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The subjects of this study were muzaki who had paid zakat digitally to zakat institutions in West Java Province with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that performance expectation variables, social influences have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention variables and variable conditions of facilities and behavioral intention have a positive and significant effect on behavioral variables using online zakat payment platforms. While the business expectation variable has a negative influence on behavioral intention. The implications of the research suggest that zakat institutions make zakat payment platforms that are easy to use by muzaki.
