Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keterampilan interpersonal dalam keterampilan sosial peserta didik tunanetra di sekolah inklusi, hambatan yang dialami dalam interpersonal, dan upaya untuk menangani hambatan interpersonal. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah pihak sekolah, walikelas, dan teman dari peserta didik tunanetra. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peserta didik tunanetra mampu melaksanakan keterampilan interpersonal meskipun belum optimal. Faktor yang menjadih hambatan keterampilan interpersonal adalah kurang menggunakan bahasa non-verbal yaitu memfokuskan pandangan pada rekan bicara, dan kurang berinteraksi dengan teman awas lebih banyak berinteraksi dengan teman dekat dan kelompok, serta belum tersedianya sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang menunjang peserta didik tunanetra untuk melaksanakan tugas dalam hubungan antar perorangan pada aspek keterampilan sosial. Upaya dari pihak guru dalam mengatasi hambatan keterampilan sosial adalah pemberian penjelasan tambahan oleh guru pada peserta didik untuk melaksanakan tugas, pihak teman adalah menjadi reader bagi FR dan BY dalam melaksanakan tugas, pihak sekolah memberikan keringanan aturan bagi FR dan BY. Rekomendasi secara umum sebaiknya dilakukan adalah menyediakan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran yang aksesible, serta mengadakan reader bagi peserta didik tunanetra.;---This study aims to describe interpersonal skills in social skills of visual impairment students in inclusive schools, barriers experienced in interpersonal, and efforts to deal with interpersonal barriers. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The source of this research data is the schoolholder, students, and friends of visual impairment students. The results of the study showed that visual impairment students were able to carry out interpersonal skills even though they were not optimal. Factors that become obstacles to interpersonal skills are lack of using non-verbal language, which is focusing on the conversation partner, and lack of interaction with friends who interact more with close friends and groups, as well as the unavailability of school facilities and infrastructure that support visual impairment students to carry out their tasks in relationships between individuals on aspects of social skills. The efforts of the teacher in overcoming barriers to social skills is the provision of additional explanations by the teacher to students to carry out the task, the friend is to become a reader for FR and BY in carrying out their duties, the school provides relief rules for FR and BY. The general recommendation should be made to provide accessible teaching materials and learning media, and to provide readers for visual impairment students.
