Abstract

Pengembangan profesional dosen meliputi pemenuhan kebutuhan pasar, termasuk kemampuan dosen dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar, produk Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, terutama berorientasi dengan dharma penelitian untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar-mengajar yang efektif dan inovatif. Penelitian dan publikasi karya ilmiah dosen merupakan salah satu indikator yang digunakan untuk menentukan daya saing perguruan tinggi, dan instrumen jenjang karir dosen. Namun program pengembangan keprofesian dosen berkelanjutan dalam menghasilkan produk penelitian dan publikasi karya ilmiah yang dikelola oleh lembaga belum dilakukan bersifat berbasis edukasi terprogram. Fokus masalah, bagaimana manajemen Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan yang dilakukan perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dosen aktif terlibat menghasilkan penelitian dan publikasi karya ilmiah? Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap masalah pengembangan keprofesian dosen berkelanjutan dalam menghasilkan penelitian dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu perguruan tinggi, dan mendapatkan rancangan model pelatihan yang menghasilkan produk penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif mengacu langkah-langkah R&D desain model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian ditemukan perangkat model pelatihan yang dihasilkan secara keseluruhan memiliki kategori kualitas sangat baik. Hasil Uji t menunjukkan bahwa model pelatihan berbasis produk dengan menggunakan perangkat modul secara signifikan telah mampu meningkatkan kompetensi peserta pelatihan dan menghasilkan produk penelitian yang telah dinyatakan diterima dan di publikasi pada jurnal nasional dan nasional terakreditasi, akan tetapi untuk penyelenggaraannya secara berkelanjutan masih perlu penguatan kebijakan organisasi. ------ Professional development of lecturers includes fulfilling market needs, including the ability of lecturers in teaching and learning activities, products of Three Pillars of Higher Education, especially oriented to the nature of research to support effective and innovative teaching and learning activities. Research and publication of lecturers' scientific work is one of the indicators used to determine the competitiveness of higher education institutions, and the instruments of career paths of lecturers. However, the continuing professional development program of lecturers in producing research products and the publication of scientific works managed by institutions has not been conducted in a programmed education-based manner. Focusing on the problem, how can the management of Sustainable Professional Development carried out by universities in increasing the participation of lecturers be actively involved in producing research and publication of scientific works? This study aims to uncover the problem of sustainable lecturer professional development in producing research in an effort to improve the quality of higher education, and obtain a design training model that produces research products and scientific publications. This study uses qualitative methods referring to the R & D steps of the ADDIE model design. The results of the study found that the overall training model produced had a very good quality category. The t-test results show that the product-based training model using a module device has significantly been able to improve the competency of trainees and produce research products that have been declared accepted and publicized in accredited national and national journals, but for ongoing implementation still need to strengthen organizational policy .
