    Abstract

    Sistem tenaga listrik merupakan hubungan antara Pusat Listrik (pembangkit) dan konsumen (beban) dimana diantara keduanya terdapat Saluran Transmisi, Gardu Induk, dan Saluran Distribusi sehingga energy listrik yang dihasilkan dapat dinikmati oleh konsumen. Dalam menjaga kinerja peralatan listrik tersebut, maka di butuhkan rele proteksi dimana rele tersebut harus memiliki syarat antara lain keterandalan, selektivitas, sensitivitas, kecepatan kerja, ekonomis. Salah satu peralatan proteksi yang ada di jaringan distribusi antara lain recloser. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja reclose pada penyulang Maswati yang mengalami overlapping antara penyulang dengan recloser STC. Overlapping tersebut disebabkan karena adanya kegagalan kerja pada recloser STC yang menyebabkan gangguan tembus hingga penyulang. Koordinasi proteksi hasil resetting dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan OCR dan GFR outgoing sesuaistandar PLN. Dari hasil simulasi dengan menggunakan software ETAP 12.6.0 yang dilakukan setelaha danya proses resetting menunjukan koordinasi antara penyulang, recloser STC, dan recloser NGL kembali membaik dan sesuai, dimana NGL sebagai proteksi 1, STC sebagai proteksi 2, dan penyulang sebagai proteksi 3. Dan juga tidak terjadi overlapping pada kinerja koordinasinya. ...... Electrical power system is a link between the Electricity Center (power plant) and the consumer (load) where between them there are Transmission Channels, Substation, and Distribution Channels so that the electrical energy generated can be enjoyed by consumers. In maintaining the performance of the electrical equipment, then the need for protection releases where the relay must have conditions such as reliability, selectivity, sensitivity, speed of work, economical. One of the protection equipment in the distribution network is recloser. This study aims to improve the performance of recloser on Maswati repeater that overlapping between feeder with STC recloser. Overlapping is caused by the failure of the work on the STC recloser causing interruption through the breaker. The coordination of resetting result is done by considering OCR and GFR outgoing according to PLN standard. From the simulation result using ETAP 12.6.0 software which done after the resetting process showed the coordination between the repeater, the STC recloser, and the NGL recloser again improved and accordingly, where NGL as protection 1, STC as protection 2, and the repeater as protection 3. And nor does overlapping occur in its coordination performance.
