Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh konsep diri siswa yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh keharmonisan keluarga. Tujuan dari diadakan penelitian yaitu untuk memperoleh data mengenai (1) gambaran keharmonisan keluarga siswa kelas XI SMAS Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2017-2018; (2) gambaran konsep diri siswa kelas XI SMAS Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2017-2018; dan (3) kontribusi keharmonisan keluarga terhadap konsep diri siswa kelas XI SMAS Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2017-2018. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan desain penelitian korelasional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, dengan responden sebanyak 238 siswa yang merupakan keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran instrumen berupa angket keharmonisan keluarga dan konsep diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) sebagian besar keharmonisan keluarga siswa kelas XI SMAS Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 52,5%; (2) sebagian besar siswa kelas XI SMAS Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung memiliki konsep diri positif dengan persentase sebesar 97,5%; dan (3) terdapat kontribusi positif antara keharmonisan keluarga dengan konsep diri siswa kelas XI SMAS Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung dengan persentase sebesar 37,8%, yang berarti keharmonisan keluarga turut menentukan positif atau negatif konsep diri siswa. ---The study is supported by self-concept students which is allegedly influenced by family harmony. The aim of study is to obtain data regarding (1) the depiction of family harmony of class XI students at UPI Pilot Laboratory Senior High School Bandung, 2017-2018 School Year; (2) the picture of self-concept of class XI students at UPI Pilot Laboratory Senior High School Bandung, 2017-2018 School Year; and (3) the contribution of family harmony to self-concept of class XI students at UPI Pilot Laboratory Senior High School Bandung, 2017-2018 School Year. This study applied quantitative approach with descriptive method and correlational research design. Sampling used saturation technique with 238 students as respondents, representing the overall total population. Data were collected through dissemination of instruments in the form of questionnaires on family harmony and self-concept. The results of this study suggested that (1) most of the family harmony of class XI students at UPI Pilot Laboratory Senior High School Bandung are in the high category about 52,5%; (2) most of class XI students at UPI Pilot Laboratory Senior High School Bandung have positive self-concept about 97,5%; and (3) there is a positive contribution between family harmony and self-concept of class XI students at UPI Pilot Laboratory Senior High School Bandung about 37,8%, it means the family harmony contributes to determine whether students’ self-concept is positive or negative.
