Abstract

Pembangunan kota yang tidak merata mengakibatkan timbulnya permasalahan terhadap perubahan sistem sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat kampung kota. Dari masalah tersebut, melahirkan sebuah ide kampung wisata kreatif untuk memperbaiki dan membangun kembali sebuah kampung kota. Menjadikan rumah bukan hanya sebagai tempat transit, namun menjadi filter untuk persoalan ekonomi, budaya, dan sosial masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil pengembangan kampung wisata kreatif terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat kampung Dago Pojok (2003-2015). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode historis meliputi pengumpulan sumber lisan maupun tulisan, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi. Guna memperdalam analisis, penulis menggunakan pendekatan interdisipliner melalui kajian ilmu sosiologi, ekonomi, dan antropologi. Penelitian ini sangat tergantung pada penggunaan sejarah lisan melalui teknik wawancara. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kampung kota, kampung wisata, perubahan sosial ekonomi, dan ekonomi kreatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat ditemukan tindakan kolektif dan perbaikan masyarakat dalam aspek fisik, sosial, kebudayaan, terutama pendidikan. Empati antara masyarakat mulai terbangun, nilai-nilai kebersamaan dan harmonisasi mewujudkan silih asah, silih asih, silih asuh serta kreatif. Kampung Kreatif Dago Pojok dapat menjadikan sebuah kampung sebagai pusat pendidikan, pusat budaya, dan pusat kesenian. Namun, proses pembangunan ekonomi belum maksimal dijalankan, karena dalam proses pembangunan sikap mental masyarakat terlalu menilai tinggi konsep sama rata sama rasa menjadi suatu penghambat dalam pembangunan, dan pendidikan menjadi faktor utama dalam peningkatan kualitas SDM.;---The uneven growth of city development may cause some problems to the change of the urban kampung community social and economic systems. These problems, have gives birth to an idea; a creative kampung which regenerates and rebuild the urban kampung. Making a house not only as a place of transit but also as a filter for economical, cultural and social problems for the people. The aim of this research is to distinguish how the result of creative kampung development affects the Dago Pojok (2003-2015) people’s social and economical life. The method used for this research is historic method that includes collecting oral and written sources, source critics, interpretation and historiography. To deepen the research, the writer uses interdicipline approach through sociology, economic and antrophology studies. This research is very depended on the use of oral history through interview technique. Concepts used in this research are urban kampung community, recreation kampung, social economic change, and creative economy. Based on the research’s results, collective action and the community’s improvement on physical, social, cultural and educational aspects are found. Empathy between community began to wake up. The togetherness values and harmony manifest silih asah, silih asih, and silih asuh and creative. Creative kampung Dago Pojok can make a village as a center of education, cultural center, and art center. Although, the economical development is not maximally run. In the community’s development process, the people’s psychological attitude values equality concept highly, that it becomes an obstacle in the development, and education is seen as the main factor in improving the human recourses’ quality.
